This duplex style home features a living room,full kitchen, and dining nook along with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a furnished front porch and a backyard equipped with patio furniture, a swing,a fire pit, a gas grill. Please don’t mind the empty an active hot tub on the property. It is disconnected and covered.


Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for your viewing pleasure,closets and/or dressers, and comfortable assorted sized beds adorned with clean and cozy linens.


The living room has a top quality sofa as well as a loveseat and comfy chair along with a large TV. The dining area has a modern glass table with seating for 4,along with 3 barstools around the beautiful kitchen island.


The kitchen is spacious (recently remodeled) and equipped with new appliances (oven,stove,microwave,toaster etc.)and cooking amenities, as well as basic cooking materials and utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large refrigerator/freezer.


The laundry room located on the second level near the master bedroom, is equipped with a washer/dryer as well as detergent.


The home has a elegant fenced in backyard. There is a driveway With space for one vehicle as well as ample street parking.

The main access is through the front door on the front deck (there are several steps up to the front door).
