Outstanding stay in paradise!

Thank you for the amazing 2 weeks at villa Yudhistira! Every detail, from the villa itself to each staff's attention to details gave us an outstanding experience! The villa itself is beautiful but what really makes the difference is the exceptional team welcoming us. Paul's (owner) call at the beginning of our stay, Surya, Kadek and Ewik's authentic kindness and caring, cleaning, cooking and massages and Yus’ (driver) personalized tour guide approach were all elements that made the stay at Yudhistira an extraordinary highlight of our trip in Bali. Leaving Yudhistira felt like leaving our new adopting family! We will for sure come back to Yudhistira if we can and recommend the villa to all our friends and family. Personnaly, we preferred our time in the North of Bali. We found it more authentic, calm and less touristic than the crowded South (peninsula). The snorkeling at Menjangan, the Ijen Blue Fire (volcano on Java island) and Rice Terraces trips, all accessible from the North, have been our top 3 highlights from the whole 1 month trip in Bali! Das Haus war sehr sauber und offen. Leider waren nur in den Zimmern Klimaanlagen, im Haus direkt leider nur Ventilatoren. Bei uns war es so heiß, dass wir es drinnen ĂŒberhaupt nicht genutzt haben, abends immer daußen auf der Terrasse gesessen sind. Aber das war eh viel schöner. Morgens wurde uns von dem netten Personal immer ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck gemacht, mit den Sachen, die wir eingekauft hatten. Egal was wir wie wollten, es wurde uns mega gut gemacht. Wir haben uns auch 2 x bekochen lassen, das hat so super geschmeckt - wir waren begeistert! Da wir aber Land und Leute kennenlernen wollten, sind wir meistens raus in ein Warung gegangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, aber leider kann man den nicht nutzen, denn er ist total verdreckt - aber da hat Bali ja sowieso ein großes Problem. Über viele Steine konnte man ins Meer gehen, aber ohne feste Badeschuhe ist es nicht möglich. Bei uns war das Wasser glasklar und sehr angenehm. Die Cabana liegt direkt vor dem Strand, aber leider steht da ein sehr großer Baum, der den Blick auf das Meer versperrt. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, unser hauseigener Gecko hat uns morgens geweckt und abends begrĂŒĂŸt, wir fanden das sehr lustig. Auch wurde ein kleines KĂ€tzchen unser stĂ€ndiger Begleiter. Es hat morgens auf uns gewartet und abends begrĂŒĂŸt, wenn wir vom Essen kamen. Klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

Beautiful pampered stay

This property is beautiful. But even better than the property are the people tending to you during your stay. From the airport arrival to our complete stay, everything was taken care of for us. The food was amazing, do be sure to take advantage of having meals prepared by the wonderful onsite cooks. We were ther six nights and had most of our meals at the villa. Total cost for the six nights was a bit over 100USD for all three meals each total (yes total not per meal). They even prepared a little birthday surprise and cake during our stay. The driver Komang took us out each day and he secured scuba/snorkel trips, waterfall excursion, etc- he took us everywhere. A really easy and carefree way to see a fantastic part of the world!

Spacious Villa with an excellent staff!

My husband and I shared the villa with friends and enjoyed our stay! The staff prepared delicious meals, arranged for our laundry to be done, and offered massages. The location is a little remote, but a driver was also available for an extra charge, so we were able to explore the area.

Peaceful & Relaxing stay in North Bali

Nice Bali Villa experience with staff that are very good at looking after you. Driver and house staff very happy to help and prepared delicious Indonesian food for our meals. Location is a bit more remote than anticipated which means the driver is essential and travel times a bit longer than anticipated. Clio side is the ability to switch off and relax away from hustle of Bali life.

Northern Bali Beach Experience

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and it did not disappoint again for our 12 day stay. From ease of booking to Denpasar Airport transfers to effortless check in to clean spacious 3 bdrm villa to great staff to prime location on The northern BrongBong beach - all equals an overall wonderful holiday experience. If you have been to the usual southern Bali stays at Kuta, Legian, Seminyak or Canggu, this northern Bali beach villa stay is a must to enable experiencing a different style of Bali holiday.. The villa staff make the stay very easy - great cooks, great hosts with local information- all in a modern style luxury villa. Great location for easy drives to local areas / Seririt, Lovina, Singaraja, Pemuteran. Highly recommend Villa Yudhistira to enhance all aspects of your relaxing Bali getaway

Relaxing Time

We had a wonderful, private, 7 day stay. The location is secluded and I would imagine difficult to find if you’re not local to the area, so, I would highly recommend coordinating pickup and drop off with house manager at the very least. We opted to hire the driver that is offered by the owner and were happy we did. With very short notice he was available to take us wherever we wanted to go (Lovina Beach, water falls, trips to ATM, markets, etc
). We also visited a small grocery store that offered many imported options like beer, wine, hard alcohol, cheeses, cereals, sunscreen, shampoo, and the like. So, you should be able to find most of what you would need there. The check in was ultra smooth even though I made changes to our original pickup location and time. The house manager Budi was very responsive and someone was there to meet us when we arrived and show us the basics of the house even though we arrived well past midnight. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and made the most delicious meals to our liking. They were unobtrusive and yet, always available. I didn’t find them to be loud or problematic at all. If you’re looking to enjoy uninterrupted time together with loved ones with the option to disconnect from the outside world, this is the right choice. There is one small television in the living room, but, we never used it.

Authentisches Bali

Wir hatten schöne 10 Tage im Norden Balis. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt von der Abholung bis zur Abreise. Die Villa ist sehr gerĂ€umig und groß und wir haben die schönen Abende auf der Veranda genossen. Auch der Pool ist perfekt um sich zu erfrischen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und diskret. Sie haben wirklich alles getan um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team fĂŒr die tolle Zeit!

Gorgeous home on the beach with beautiful pool. Wonderful staff available at all times who kept the grounds spotless and cooked many delicious meals for us. Jumped on a boat in the morning to watch the dolphins swim. Highly recommend this rental home.

Home away from Home

The staff were all friendly, helpful and made us feel pampered and at home. The location of the property is ideal for a group to have a quiet, relaxed and great time together. The private pool and beach on the front were added bonuses. The 3 ladies who prepared our meals upon request enhanced our stay as we could opt to either eat in or out.

Villa Yuhistira Stay on Bali's Northern Beaches

We have been to Bali dozens of times and always stayed in the traditional tourist areas of Seminyak, Canggu, so though we would give the Northern Beached region a go. WELL, what an extremely amazing choice this was, as the Villa Yudhistira experience was AMAZING. The villa, villa location, villa setting and most of all the local villa staff made this 10 day break one of our best ever. The villa itself is nestled on the beachfront in the Brongbong Village area, not far from Seririt (15 mins by car), Lovina (30 mins) and Singaraja (45 mins). The villa staff are what made the stay exceptional (and we travel a lot) - Budi coordinates any chosen activities and the staff, doing so with a very easy going, approachable manner (very good English). The villa staff had three ladies (Surya, Ewik & Kadek) who cooked all our meals as required, using local ingredients. They were all super friendly, understood our requests and cooked some great local dishes. Not to mention they also quietly kept the villa looking immaculate. There is also Kormang the gardener who daily maintains the pool and spacious garden area. This villa stay would certainly rank up there as the best we have had in Bali, across decades of travel there. We loved it so much this time that on the last day, we rebooked Villa Yudhistira for two weeks in October 2024. This is more than a villa stay - it can be described as a villa stay with local "family", genuinely ensuring that the guests have the optimal Bali experience.

Announced was cooking, the food they made was without Taste, sometimes bought in a shop. Therfore we had to more of 90 % of our stay outside dinner.The staff during the day was extremely loud, really disturbing,thus we send them early home,generally at about 11.30.

A little peice of heaven

Amazing home, spacious, clean. Amazing staff- our flight was delayed making our arrival at the property almost midnight. Everyone qas there to meet us witha hot meal! Helped get our bags in and everything. Coordinated with ua for our every need! Its an amzi g place to unwind. My kids loved the pool and veach. Food was amazing! Location is good if you want to just stay in ...if not its a littls farvto drive everywhere. Ovwrall cant aay enough good things!

Beyond Expectations!

We were 3 couples (50's - 60's-from Calgary, Canada) on a long awaited trip to Bali. After the busy and crowded tourist hubs in the south, we chose the Lovina area as it was described to be "peaceful, low-key and far off most travellers' radar"...exactly what we were looking for! The villa was exceptional! Spacious, well maintained and very private. We were spoiled by Surya, Kadek and Dewi preparing all our meals- we had the best array of true Bali dishes and had no desire to head out for meals. Much to my surprise, Surya baked me the most delicious birthday cake at her home and brought it to the villa on her scooter! She and the ladies always went over and above with everything they did:) The best was the outdoor living with a beautiful view of the sea by the pool, sitting areas and dining (and massages!) Highly recommend having a driver for the week/ Dede (Kadek) took us on a few excursions, and was available at all times. Paul (owner) made the booking process simple and responded to all enquires with much appreciated detail. We learned that the staff has been with him for many years, and their loyalty is a clear indication of what a good person he is, and how happy they are taking such good care of the villa and guests. Despite travelling so far from Canada, I hope we have an opportunity to be back again!

Prepared to be Pampered

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was kind and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations on places to go. They cooked for us, they cleaned and the overall environment was peaceful and restful. At the staffs recommendation, we visited the waterfalls, the Buddhist temple, and went out on a dolphin watch. Everything was arranged for us. Certainly not a typical vacation for us from the US, but so enjoyable as the start of our Bali adventure. The communication was great with the owner and the staff, I cannot say enough good things about. Our safety and comfort was their a priority. Highly highly recommend. I wish I could have stayed there for a month.
