New Listing! Pack your bags and explore the historic town of Fredericksburg. The Wine Capitol of Texas! The Texas Hill Country is home to over 100 wineries and vineyards. Our beautiful town and its German roots has much to offer. Take a drive and explore the wineries or walk around downtown Main Street and enjoy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, wine tasting, and much more!

Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Cross Mountain. Our modernized ranch style home has everything you need for a short trip or long vacation. Our home boasts an open floor plan with large living spaces. The kitchen is clean, spacious, fully stocked, and ready to entertain. Our dining area offers a charming place to have a meal or play card games with family and friends. Enjoy our original wood burning stove located in the dining room. However, wood burning stove is not in use. Unwind on our large deep seated sectional with a movie after a day on the town. Our expansive outdoor area offers a full dining set, Adirondack chairs and hammock for relaxing and conversations. Our 3 bedrooms are fitted with comfortable mattresses and clean, fresh linens. We have a king sized bed in two of the bedrooms and two twin XL beds in the third bedroom. We have a dedicated desk/workspace as well. Each bedroom has a television with Fire TV online streaming services. Our two bathrooms offer modern vanities and full showers. We also offer a two car garage and access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. Our minimalist design with our added Texas charm is sure to give you a comfortable, clean stay. We cannot wait to host you!

An amazing stay of comfort!
Our stay at this rental home was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and coziness that made us feel instantly at home. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, showcasing modern aesthetics that were both stylish and inviting. The home was equipped with all the amenities and accessories we could possibly need, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Whether it was the fully stocked kitchen, the plush bedding, or the high-speed Wi-Fi, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The location was absolutely perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. We felt perfectly situated to explore the area while having a serene home base to return to each day. Our hosts were superb in their communication, providing clear and detailed instructions about what to expect. They were incredibly accommodating, addressing all of our needs promptly and with genuine care. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience, making us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our stay. In summary, this rental home exceeded all of our expectations. Definitely a Do-Over
Our group tends to eat in a few times on a trip. This is the BEST stocked kitchen we've every had and we've been doing this 17 years. Beds super comfy, plenty of outlets for phones etc. Bedside tables and lamps for everyone.

Amazing hill country property!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was clean and well stocked with plenty of room for us 5 girls. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Main St., but still easy to get to when we wanted to venture out. We all loved the decorations and spaciousness of the living and kitchen areas and the security of the garage. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine left out for us to enjoy. It was a long drive coming in so we definitely appreciated that pick me up! I would most definitely rent here again!

Perfect house in a great location
The house was clean and cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and all appliances were in perfect working order. We loved that we could park in the garage. The house is located just minutes from downtown, the National Museum for the Pacific War, and the Pioneer Museum, all of which were on our Spring Break activity list. The back yard is big and beautiful with space for outdoor eating and lounging. The hosts were kind and responsive. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay a few days in this home.
