This spacious home built in the 60's still proudly boasts that retro flare from the yellow kitchen cabinets to the pink bathtub. Situated on a quiet street, please come enjoy time in the shaded backyard with BBQ grill and native plants. Brand new mattresses and minisplits in each room for cooling/heating, will ensure a restful night. Hot Tub added!
Large open dining room and kitchen with faux fireplace ambiance. Seating at counter top and Dining table for 6. The space is perfect for office work as well.
Spacious living room area with smart TV and plenty of comfy seating.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Fireplace is NOT functional
-Grill: we try to provide propane but in the instance it is empty and you have to refill we will reimburse (partial) cost as long as the tank is not empty when you leave.
-HOT TUB: guest agrees to follow hot tub rules detailed in the rules, guide book, posted signs.
-Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. If you have more than 1 dog additional fees may be due. Fee reductions considered for 1 night stays, please contact me. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.
-Yard/HotTub maintenance scheduled every Friday. Contractor will access back yard only, he will not go inside the home
-$100 charge if garage door opener is not left of hook at checkout
-Parking: 1 car garage is available but is on the smaller side. You can park directly behind the garage in the drive way or free street parking. DO NOT park or block the right side of the driveway or garage.
- Attached apartments behind garage is separate & not included. Privacy fenced added.
-Home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
-Trash:city cans for trash & recycling are located on the side of the drive way and must be taken to the street for trash pickup and brought back after if this occurs during your stay
-Ring doorbell camera installed on the exterior front door, this is the only camera and is used for security and to monitor guest count
