This property is the Lake Livingston family retreat that you're looking for! One of the best properties that Livingston, TX has to offer, come experience a private community with direct lake access and huge outdoor entertainment opportunity. Swim at your own risk! No diving allowed from bulkhead or pier!

There is a boat lift of 1800 lb max weight allowance. 15-foot length restriction.

Great Location
Our family enjoyed our two week stay on the lake. The boat lift was perfect to allow us to keep our boat out of the water at night without having to get it on the trailer every night. The fenced in yard worked really well for our dog to be able to hang out outside with us without a leash. The kids loved fishing off the dock and even caught some catfish to eat. The location made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood without having to deal with windy roads. This was especially helpful because during the week my son was going to day camp at Cho Yeh and I was driving to the Woodlands for work. My husband got to work from the house and enjoy the lake view from the small table he used for a desk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, especially on the weekends when we weren’t working. The house was just the right size for our extended time.

We had a great stay! Love the location right on the water. Swam off the doc, lounged in the hammock and swang on the rope swing. Kids and adults had a blast. Thanks!
