-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Condo was clean and comfortable and even though we had a problem with the bed frame staff had it fixed the very same day we called about it. Would stay here again. It was our second time staying at Origin in past 3 years. PCB is a great vacation spot and Origin is our go to stay while there

Very Nice!

My wife and I loved the property. The pool was nice and access to the beach was easy to use. The property in general is very nice woth a convenient store and Starbucks. The unit itself was very clean and decorated nicely. We really enjoyed our stay!

Unit as advertised

Location to beach can’t be beat. Area is very crowded, so nice to be in a building with good security, covered parking, and super clean unit.

Needs Improvement

Convenient location to restaurants and attractions. Pool could have been larger for the number of guests. No water pressure, needs new shower head and new flush valve on toilet...it ran CONSTANTLY. Overall though, it was clean, big enough for just the two of us, and it was a nice getaway. Would stay there again.

View was almost completely covered up by motel across the street. Room was filthy. Mold inside of ice maker. Kids toys under bed. Shower was disgusting with spots. Staff was rude. Did not have a single member acknowledge us until the last day. If the refund process wouldn’t have taken so long I would have easily received a refund and booked elsewhere.

Great stay

I love staying at the Origin, it’s our preferred spot. I only give this one 4 stars for a few reasons. 1st- there was hair in the bathroom (not mine) when we checked in and very dusty under the bed. 2nd- unlike the picture there is no step stool for the bed and this bed sits very high. I’m on the shorter side so this was a big deal to me. 3rd-the double door entry/sharing a door with another guest seems weird and is very disturbing when they are constantly in and out of their room and we are trying to sleep. They also would not leave the light off and I have issues sleeping with lights on. I probably would not stay in this unit again.

Stayed for the weekend for wedding

Property was in a good location. Did have a view of the beach and ocean. But is across the road. The parking garage is very tricky and we had to park in a completely different lot most of the weekend because it was at capacity but they do give you a parking pass. So you have to walk from the lot to the hotel. The studio was clean and cute. The toilet was finicky. Pool is nice but they don’t provide towels which isn’t a big deal since they have washer and dryer. Overall had a good time.

Lovely little condo

Small, but adequate for our needs. Very clean with cute beachy decor. Across the street from the beach, with crosswalk making access simple and easy. Loved it!
