Please note that through March 2026, this property will be undergoing exterior painting, and the parking deck will also be under construction. The pool and onsite laundry facility will be closed until March 2026, and the beach access will be closed until February. Workers will be present, and guests can expect some construction noise and dust during this time.

Nice view. Great location. AC on porch is loud and hot. The room had a smell to it. We bought a candle and that heloed.

The room was not very clean. The dishes had to be washed before use. There were pizza toppings left from previous tenants. The cabinets also smelled like mildew. The ceiling and floor around furniture are covered in dust. There were multiple lightbulbs that were out, as well.I will say Guest Services was very helpful. The view is amazing.

The property was great. Location was great decorations were great when we arrived. The air conditioner had not been serviced, and there was water over the floor completely in the room. A breaker had blown. The refrigerator was not working nor the bathroom lights getting help took about four phone calls and 2 1/2 hours later was completed in. Therefore my vacation started at that point

Great Quick Trio

We had a great time as our family took a quick trip to bring in the new year. The proximity to the beach was amazing and was very close to Pier Park. Will definitely stay here again!

Great room

The view was great. Ocean front was amazing. Room had all pots pans etc that you would need. TV was a little old but didn’t spend much time watching anyway lol. Check out is a little early but manageable. Overall great room. Will stay again.

It was properly stocked and a great location. It is out dated and you had to fix the toilet flapper after every flush. Other than that it served its purpose and had gorgeous views.

Cozy, comfy, clean, beautiful views

This condo is exactly as advertised. We had no issues. The views are beautiful and the beds are comfy. The room is clean. For future guests, I’ll give you this info: When we got there, we only had two towels in the unit. I texted to see if I was overlooking them and got a quick response saying there should have been 4. They offered to bring the other two. This would only be 1 towels per person for 5 nights so I do recommend brining bath towels. Also only 1 parking place per unit which was made clear up front but if you need two cars, parking can be pricey. We had a second car there for three days as one member of our family had work obligations until the weekend. Additional parking is available next door at the Ramada for $25 per day. This is not a complaint, just info for future guests. We were very happy with our stay and will likely book again next time we are in town.

Good Pricing

It is not a large place , however it does not mislead in anyway . We knew it would be and was perfect for us ( People who do not spend a ton of time in the room ) Also, the pricing was right for it! The check-in was seamless and so was check-out! Pros- Clean , location , comfy beds Cons- not stocked well in pots/pans etc. Overall - fair for what you pay for !
