Beautiful home next to Rancho San Rafael park, walking-distance (2 blocks) to the University of Nevada,only 1 mile to downtown Reno. 5-6 person hot tub in our spacious backyard.

Featuring 4 bedrooms w/ Queen beds in 3 and a Twin over Full bunk bed in the 4th bedroom. 80` Smart TV w/ surround sound,couch in the common space. Smart TVs in the master & 2nd bedroom. Wi-Fi internet. Stainless appliances & cooking amenities including spices, coffee, & tea.

2.5 bathrooms (1 with both stand-up shower and whirlpool tub) with fresh linens. Onsite laundry room. Central air throughout house and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Charming fenced backyard with propane-grill and firepit as well as patio-seating and all the amenities that you would need to enjoy a meal outside.

Garage with treadmill, 30lb dumbbells, and yoga mat. Parking in garage and driveway (can fit 3 cars in driveway and an additional in the garage),
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. STREET PARKING IS FOR PERMIT PARKING ONLY.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and I would book again but take: wash clothes, lamp for living room, foot stool for couch, we moved night lights to kitchen to be able to see without turning on all the overhead lights. Rugs were starting to curl so they might need to be moved for elderly relatives. We didn’t do the laundry which was asked of us but we did take the garbage cans to the curb which seems like it should be a job for the housekeeper. Wonderful location and we made use of the bbq.

Family trip

Needed a place to call home while in Reno for family funeral. Great open floor plan--clean. Only critiques: there were 2 irons, but no ironing board. And trash cans on curb were already full on arrival. The botanical garden behind house is a major bonus. Enjoyed several long evening walks.

Moving Student into UNR

We had a lovely stay for a week while moving our student into University of Nevada- Reno. House was clean and property manager very responsive to questions. Home is a block from Rancho San Rafael park which has beautiful trails, open spaces and plenty of amenities for families to enjoy. Was a 3 minute drive to UNR, 5 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the airport. Also an hour +/- to South Lake Tahoe and 45 to 50 minutes to North Lake Tahoe. Perfect location. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic accommodations. Clean, beautiful property. Appreciated the games available. Lots of separate spaces; good for finding your own quiet time. Recommend changing bathroom door to the toilet/shower. Got locked inside a few times. Loved all the kitchen items. We could really cook!

Christmas Getaway

Pros: Sparkling Clean, Spacious, Great Layout, Beautiful Christmas Tree and Music upon arrival, Well equipped. Right next to San Rafael Park and Downtown. Open Concept, Warm, Great Parking. Nice Backyard. Great entertainment choices. Cons: Beds smaller than listing (No King bed, huge bummer), Budget Mattresses, Water Heater Temp set very high IMO, Shower and Tub Controls very finicky and loose.

Fantastic host and home!

We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas! The host had it all set up cozy for Christmas and the lights were on and Christmas music playing for us upon our arrival. Communication was quick and on point. We will definitely re book this location and host again! Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Wonderful accommodations and wonderful host!

The layout is wonderful, rooms are roomy. Three total bathrooms, backed up to a park yet the park did have a TON of geese poop, so be careful walking through! Everything we needed for a visit was there. We had about 7 adult sized individuals staying there! Only thing that would’ve made the stay better, comfortable mattresses (we are spoiled at home :) & pillows. We bring our own pillows so it worked ok ! All in all, 4.5 out of 5! Definitely would use the place again! Thank you Angela

Perfect family get away!

Thanks for the impeccably home for our weekend stay. We were so comfortable and relaxed. Then house is well appointed and the beds were so nice. We hope to stay again when we come to watch UNR football games. Go Pack Go!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Home was beautiful and well kept

Stayed for a work trip with co workers. The home was beautiful and well kept. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hosts are super nice and very responsive. I will definitely be booking this home again for future stays!
