Come fishing in Port Salerno, the sailfish capitol of the United States! We can't decide which is better: the closeness to the intercoastal waterway and the short boating distance to the Atlantic Ocean, its spaciousness & unique design (and the kitchen and drawer space are huge), awesome views from so many different areas, especially from the top deck lookout point, that this property is great for a friends week away or a long term parent/grandparent stay w/visiting family or however else you see fit for your situation. Both patio decks are fully enclosed by screens to prevent those pesky bugs from ruining your experience! Plus, it's very close to great restaurants, entertainment, and parks. Do you like games? We have tons from which you can choose! Bike riding? We have 5 of them: from removable training wheel bikes to adult cruisers. Want to go to the beach? We've got you covered (yes, sunscreen, beach chairs & all)!

Want to fish in the Sailfish Capital of the U.S.? We have all the things you need to make that happen (well, except the sailfish)! ;) Thought about kayaking in the Intercostal Waterway? What about kayaking and fishing at the same time? We have 2 kayaks with "holes for poles!" Do you want to grill? We have one of those, as well. We have 3 smart TVs, one on the upper enclosed outside deck, and we have the highest speed Wifi available, air conditioning, an air fryer, a printer to print up boarding passes or whatever else you need! There's just so much goodness in our multi-level home & we're excited for you to experience it all and make it your Home Away From Home! We've got brand new most-everything & we can't wait for you to enjoy The Key Lime House at Port Salerno!

The entire house is available for your use, and we hope you enjoy every part of it! Head's up though: Should you decide to ride any or all of the bikes, you understand that you are doing so at your own risk. By renting The Key Lime House at Port Salerno, you acknowledge that you will hold the owners harmless from any injury, damage, or death as a result of your use of the bicycle(s), and you accept full responsibility for anything resulting from use. For safety purposes, please use the helmets we have provided! We have adult-size, child-size, and toddler-size helmets. Please no tandem riding on any of the bicycles.

Should you decide to use the kayaks, you understand that you are doing so at your own risk. By renting The Key Lime House at Port Salerno, you acknowledge that you will hold the owners harmless from any injury, damage, or death as a result of your use of the kayak(s), and you accept full responsibility for anything resulting from use. For safety purposes, you must wear the life jackets that should be with each kayak. Please do not take the kayak if you are unable to locate the life jacket.

Final "party-pooper" caveats: Please note the minimum age for the main booking guest is 21 years old! Additionally, there is no smoking allowed, including no vaping. And lastly, no parties are allowed without written permission from the hosts. Violation of any or all of these will result in a $200 penalty for each violation.

If you use the kayak(s), you must rinse them out using the hose near the garage. Failure to wash down the kayak(s) will require us to pay our cleaner to wash them down/out, resulting in a $200 additional charge to you. Any damage or loss to a kayak will result in a $500 penalty for each ($1,000 if both are lost or damaged).
