Amazing private home in Kihei!

Amazing private home in Kihei! This spacious 3 Bedroom/2 bath is the perfect island getaway for families or couples traveling together. Centrally located with shopping, beaches, and restaurants all within minutes.

Upon arrival you will feel right at home. This nicely updated private home has room for the whole family! The main living area is a great place to gather after an exciting day on Maui. Kick your feet up and relax with large sofa, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC to keep cool. The kitchen has everything the chef in the family will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. Dining area offers seating for four.

There are three bedrooms all off the main living space. The first with queen bed, ceiling fan, and split AC. The second bedroom is a great set up with two twin beds, that can be converted to a king upon request, large flat screen TV, and split AC. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and split AC. Guest bath has a spa like feel! Complete with tub/shower combo and eco-friendly bath amenities.

There is a full-size washer/dryer for added convenience and allow for lighter packing. BBQ on property for grilling and outdoor seating.

***ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY AND MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50.00 per night, per person. Any reservation with an occupancy over 6 WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND. Important to note: The County of Maui has begun to aggressively shut down illegal vacation rentals. Without fitting the criteria of County of Maui Ordinance No 4167 Bill No 75 (2014) or having a short term rental license, a property cannot be legally rented.

Had a wonderful stay here! Close to the beach and surrounding bars/restaurants. Everything you could ask for in a rental house!

The negative: The house is not as described. The photos show a clean home with nice decorative pillows, but that's not what you get. There was urine in the toilet when we arrived. The dishwasher was hardly operable. One shower only had lukewarm water. The studio's electric fuses kept on tripping. Ceiling fans had broken cords that could not be pulled. There aren't even enough chairs for the maximum number of guests to sit at the table together. One of the cables is held down by tape, making it hazardous to children.The positive: The house is in a decent location, walking distance to the beach. It is spacious and there are three TVs. The ACs worked well.

Great Kiehei home

This home was perfect for my wife and 4 kids. We had a great time in Kihei and felt the home was a much better option for us than a timeshare or a hotel. It was nice having the space a home has compared to a hotel or timeshare because we didn't feel crowded.

Family wedding party in Maui Condo

Property was as described in quiet area of local homes. We were surprised that although it sleeps 8, amenities such as towels, plates, and cups were barely enough for one meal or round of showers. Overall, adequate for a large group stay for a few days.

Koki House in Kihei

Our family stayed at this house during 4th of July week. The house was very spacious, enough space for our family of 8. The studio made a big difference in providing us the extra space & extra TV. If the studio was not there, we would feel tight. I like how they have AC & fans in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped, it even had a blender & we were able to make our own smoothie. The filtered water was a big plus. It’s nice that they provide beach towels & beach chairs. The soap, shampoos, conditioner & dish soap were environmentally friendly products. I like that the house was in Kihei area, it’s a short drive to the beach, ABC store, safeway & restaurants. I had a few concerns but these are just minor for me, the neighbors were very close, if we open our curtains the neighbors had a full view of our bedrooms. The bathtub & shower room floor was very slippery in both bathrooms. It made it challenging for my elderly mom to take a shower. I also noticed that since the doors doesn’t have screen that there are some pests that can crawl under the door. It’s not a big deal to me since I’ve lived in a tropical place before but I can see that it might be an issue for others. In general it was a comfortable place to stay in. It had all the stuffs that we need & I like the location. The host were very accommodating & very responsive. When I call them it’s nice to hear an actual person that picks up the phone.

Amazing Rental!

Reviewer Comments: This place was in a nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach, and a short drive or bus stop away from the main shops/beaches in Kihei. Loved the towels/chairs/beach gear as well as reusable water bottles and soaps provided for us. The plentiful AC, hose, washer dryer, grill were a nice addition. This home was very cozy and was able to comfortably house 8 of us with 4 separate rooms, not very many rentals can provide that without multiple beds in a room or multiple pull out sofas. The only slight problem we had was that we requested a king to replace the two twins in a room but wasnt too big of a deal we just pushed them together. Regardless, thanks for a great stay!

The location is certainly more in a "local" neighborhood than a resort area, but that made sense for us as we were attending events at Sugar Beach. The house is in nice condition. Bedrooms were clean and everyone loved the mattresses - super comfortable. The extra suite space was great and gave us the ability to spread out.We did have minor issues that came up and the property management company handled them well. They have a text line that we got immediate responses from during working hours. Overall, worth the stay!
