Oceanfront! Vues d'un million de dollars avec les sons du surf, Condo 3 Bd / 2Ba

Découvrez le paradis pendant que vous vous asseyez sur votre Lanai avec des vues panoramiques sur les eaux azores de la baie de Ma'alaea et de l'océan Pacifique avec le doux balancement des palmiers gracieux au premier plan.

Notre condo grand, lumineux et lumineux, magnifiquement aménagé, se situe au 4ème étage à Menehune Shores, Kihei. Il dispose de 3 grandes chambres (2 chambres en bord de mer avec lits queen et 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux face à l'imposant volcan Haleakala et le lever de soleil Maui) et 2 salles de bain complètes. Tous les draps et serviettes (bain et plage) sont fournis. Une cuisine entièrement équipée mise à jour, une grande salle, 2 télévisions à écran plat et une buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse - tous les conforts de la maison sont à vous alors que vous découvrez les merveilles de cette île magnifique.

Les installations incluent une piscine chauffée avec des grillades à gaz et des tables de pique-nique à proximité, un accès au bord de l'eau, un terrain de théâtre et un parking gratuit (une voiture en haute saison). Il y a un jardin sur le toit complet avec grilles à gaz et tables de pique-nique qui sert de lieu de rencontre avec d'autres pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Si vous organisez un grand rassemblement, une cuisine complète est à louer pour votre événement. Menehune Shores est un bâtiment très bien entretenu avec des pelouses luxuriantes et de magnifiques plantations tropicales.

Nous engageons Maui Menehune Aloha (situé dans notre bâtiment) en tant que contact sur les îles pour nos invités de location. Ils sont une entreprise professionnelle avec une longue histoire de fourniture de nettoyage, maintenance, paquet d'information, clés d'accès pour la piscine et le toit, et l'inspection pré-location de l'unité pour s'assurer que tout est en bon état de fonctionnement.

We stayed after the storms and there were quite a few insects including cockroaches in the sink. we were unable to use the kitchen which was the point of booking a VRBO so our family could spend time together. The floors were very dusty. the view from the lanai is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and it is in a nice location.

As soon as we received an email from you on Apr 7, we contacted our on island agent. She immediately called and left a message, then texted and called again. She offered to come and clean, and to have the kitchen sprayed, but her offer was declined. We are sorry your experience was not to your or our satisfaction, but we were not permitted to correct the situation.

Beautiful Kihei Stay

Great views! Loved having a 3 bedroom!Condo was stocked well with dishes, cooking dishes, etc.Owners and onsite host are very nice and quick to help!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you noted and is written in the description of our condo, we have chosen not to have A/C because we generally have the trade winds providing plenty of cross ventilation and our storm shutters provide shade in the afternoons. The downside of A/C is the unit takes up space on the lanai and produces noise and heat rendering the lanai useless when the A/C is operating. Great unit in great location

Our stay was great - the unit was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The view is unbeatable and the building was great for our young kids who enjoyed the beach and the pool. We would love to come back and would recommend this unit to anyone!

Hôte : The Hopper Family

In 1987 when our parents had already decided that Maui was their "go to" place to escape New York winters, we bought this condo for their (and our) enjoyment. After their passing, we continued with a nice blend of family use and rental time. Now almost forty years later, Maui and Menehune Shores continue to be the cornerstone of the Hopper family tradition.
Our standard is to provide our rental guests with an affordable and well maintained condo in the same manner we would for our family.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

As you open the door, you will be awestruck by the unobstructed view of the Pacific ocean. Our unit is less than 50 feet from the water and the soothing sounds of the ocean lapping against the seawall can be heard throughout.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

While convenient to all island amenities, restaurants, and shopping, Menehune Shores is a unique private setting for just relaxing and enjoying ocean and mountain views. A 16th century royal fish pond provides a well protected beach for children to play in the water and sand. The protected green sea turtles swim around and sunbathe on the lava rock walls of the pond.

An end to a perfect day is joining other guests and owners watching the magnificent sunsets on the "roof top garden" which has gas fired BBQ's and picnic tables for your use.
