Cute studio with small kitchen, washer/dryer, a/c and smart tv. 5 minute drive to Cape Coral yacht club, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Close to Fort Myers downtown. Wifi, smart tv (no cable), kitchen, 1 car parking. Linens, pillows, basic kitchen items are provided, and the grocery store its super close to the house.

No issues. Has what you need for a stay. Perfect for a couple days. As long as you don't plan on staying in too much. Gets a bit claustrophobic after a while. Showers designed much more for looks, than practical functionality.

Love It!!!

This is the best! It has everything needed for your stay!! And your very own parking spot! Walking to everything within a short walk... Winn Dixie, Rib Pleace, Ice SCREAMMM, and Dixie Country Line Dance Place. No need for an Uber here.

Cape Coral stay

This place was cute and perfect for just me. Had everything you might need with a small fridge and stove. The only thing that wasn’t the greatest was its a triplex and could hear the tv and sometimes the people talking next door.

Hidden Gem!

This little studio is a part of triplex and is just as advertised. It was perfect for my solo needs and the little kitchenette was amazing. Highly recommended. In fact so much, I am booked in the other two units the following two weeks.

Great landing spot

We came to Cape Coral to visit family and friends nearby. This studio was clean with all the amenities we needed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. We even had a small washer and dryer. Would recommend as the price was very fair too.

Great stay!

Nice price. Very clean. Comfortable. Amenities are good. Management responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We like the location. We realize space is at a premium, but may we suggest replacing the small futon with a cafe table and two chairs, or keep the futon and place a small folding table and chairs in the big utility closet. The kitchen faucet is loose/wobbly and the screws on the bathroom window handle/crank are nearly falling out.Overall, we highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an efficiency. table and tw chairs

Great place to stay , grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk . Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Beach is 25 minutes away .

Our kids were not welcome however there was a baby crying and the Next Door unit. Also woke up to take a shower and had no bar soap.

Perfect place for us!

Very centrally located (walking distance to the great farmers market, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc!) and easy to find and access. It’s small, as advertised, and all we needed. Very well stocked kitchen/laundry, including coffee, creamer, spices, detergent, softener. Very clean. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more, including hair ties! Well done. We’ll be back.

TV had no instructions so couldn't operate easily. Rain shower head is low and inconvenient. Extra large closet was nice for storing luggage.

Short Stay

We arrived to a cute, fully furnished, (with everything you need) small unit. Our host was available to take care of any questions and issues. Tastefully decorated, nice linens and towels, mini washer and dryer, which worked great. I didn't figure out how to use the top, so I just used the microwave. We enjoyed our stay.
