Lovely new condo modern, light, cozy and fun. Large kitchen and dining area with all the amenities. Completely independent and separate unit with its own private walkway, private entrance and patio. Wheelchair accessible. Parking available. Located on .7+ acre, one of the largest private properties on lake Sammamish. Short walk to the lake with 90’ of private sandy beach, new dock/diving board, and private nature trails. Sharing the lake front only with the owner and his guests.
The space
Brand new and modern condo. It’s light, cozy and fun. Large kitchen and dining area with all the amenities. Completely independent and separate unit with its own private walkway, private entrance and patio. Wheelchair accessible. Parking available. Located on .7+ acre, one of the largest private properties on lake Sammamish. Short walk to the lake with 90’ of private sandy beach, new dock/diving board, and private nature trails. The condo is on the first level of the building and doesn’t have full lake view. But the lake it’s only minute away on a beautiful park like nature trails.

The lake front and the trails are shared with only the owner and his guests.

Great Lakeside Stay

Clean quiet, perfect for our stay. Grandchildren living nearby loved the trail, dock, and beach. We hope to return in summer to enjoy the diving board!

Incredible Experience

Our host Hamid was very welcoming and gracious about any questions we had. He made our stay a memorable experience. The property is well cared for and supports a variety of water activities, berry picking and hosting for family and friends. We felt like we stayed with family.

Location is great and the place is cute. I wish it was a bit closer to the water and the climb down wasn’t so steep; otherwise, it was perfect.

Amazing location, comfortable condo and generous host

Condo has everything you need, host is so generous he even gave us some homemade yogurt. Lake location is stunning.

Lovely property but noisy

The space was clean and modern. The short walk to the lake was nice and Hamid was very kind and responsive. The apartment is below the main house and unfortunately, the noise from above was loud and kept us up. The TV was extremely loud and there was lots of floor noise until after midnight three of the nights we stayed, which is why I am giving 3 stars (maybe the owners son and friends?) Also note the west side of the lake is not the side with the dedicated bike/walking path. If you want to do those activities from the house, you are on the main road. Had it not been for the excessive noise at night, I would stay there again, but unfortunately, the noise was just too much too late at night for us.

Beautifully Finished, Airy & Comfortable

We very much enjoyed our multi-night stay at this spacious, well-built and nicely appointed one-bedroom unit with high ceilings and, my favorite aspect, loads of natural light! We enjoyed some breakfasts on the porch and several foot trips down to the accompanying Lake Sammamish waterfront for swimming, nature soaking, boat-watching and doggy playtime. It's a short but steep walk from parking to door and maybe a 3-min steep and uneven little hike down to the shore, so having feet/footing that can handle that and proceeding with caution is important. We got to meet the host who is very friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. We also appreciated the family-friendliness. Our tall teenager slept soundly on the comfortable pull-out couch, enjoyed the waterfront, and the wifi. It was also fun to meet and see neighboring guests who took advantage of diving board and paddling options at the beach. It's great that this lodging is in a pleasant neighborhood with easy access to nearby parks and towns with restaurants and shopping, and to freeways leading quickly to Seattle. We would stay here again!

Great quick stay with a nice short walk down to the lake.

The unit was very nice and clean. We loved the stay and will come back for a longer stay next time. The host was excellent at communicating with us so no complaints. Great Place.

Lovely home and a great location!

Modern, well-designed unit that looks exactly like the photos. Close access to the lake, and our son loved feeding the chickens every day. Hamid was quick to respond to any concerns that came up, and is a warm and welcoming host. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
