Our vacation

We had an amazing time and loved the location, being close to food, stores and multiple different beaches to choose from within 30 mins.

This place was absolutely perfect! Tucked away in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The town of Shallotte was very cool and this was an incredibly convenient location to many of the beaches nearby. We spent several days at Sunset Beach, went to Ocean Isle, Holden Beach, Oak Island and spent an afternoon at Southport. Everything was under an hour away but most beaches were 20 minutes. Very cool to be able to check out several different places during one 8 day vacation. The host, Brandie, was wonderful and very responsive. Had a couple things we needed for the house and she was able to have them delivered the same day. She was great to communicate with and had may recommendations on places to check out. The Purple Onion being one, was excellent. The fenced in back yard was an awesome benefit for our pups and a nice place to hang out in the evening hours. Would absolutely come back to this place again. Had an awesome time! Thanks again Brandie!

Great Stay in Shallotte

Stayed at this property for a month and had a great time. Highly recommend. Brandie and Jonathon were extremely helpful and responsive. We could not figure out how to use the TV when we arrived. They responded within 30 minutes to get it fixed for us. Brandie even helped us find a local vet when we needed one. The property is very well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. Brandie made several recommendations for restaurants, beaches and shopping. We liked all of the ones we tried. Shallotte is conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, so the location was excellent for us to sightsee in both areas. Definitely hope we have the opportunity to stay at this property again in the future.
