After pulling through the quiet neighborhood you’ll arrive at Kimmie’s Place. After parking you make your way up to huge rocking chair front porch! Great for your morning coffee or evening hangs!

The home is wide open with two living spaces, dining area and large kitchen with an island. Each living space has its own seating, with one set up with a Smart TV. The dining and kitchen separate the two spaces which makes it a great space for hanging and entertaining. The kitchen has an island and is fully loaded!

The primary bedroom is the back and has a King bed, TV and en suite! The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom that’s off the hall.

You have access to the backyard area through the in unit laundry room that is by the kitchen. The backyard area is a large paved area where we have a grill, plenty of parking or space for the kids to run around!

We have an experienced management team and can’t wait to have you!

The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kimmies place. It was a mother and daughter’s trip and the place was perfect. We sat on the front porch most of the time. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!!!

Family trip before cancer treatment

This was a perfect place to stay for our last minute trip. This was a clean, spacious home, great location and overall a great stay! Our grandma is beginning her cancer treatment soon so we came to get away to clear our minds and spend family time together. Very pleased with everything!

Perfect Accommodations

As part of a 65 person family reunion gathering on the Sunset Beach strip, we were able to escape the high expense of a beach front cottage. It was a perfect location allowing us to crate our two dogs when visiting family, thus avoiding additional boarding costs. Being close to our favorite restaurant and grocery store was a big plus.

we were thrilled with our vacation!! Great kitchen! Owner has added an icemaker. Wonderful neighborhood! So close to shopping that we needed ie groceries.and drugstores.Owner had to spend time with us on phone to help us get in but he never voiced any frustration with that. Long weekend at Sunset Beach

We had a wonderful time! The beds were very comfortable and the hot water heater was superb. We would recommend bringing water and ice, the water dispensed pretty slowly and we couldn’t get the ice maker to work. Overall, we would definitely come back! The location was perfect and it was a wonderful house for a beach trip.

We Will Definitely Book again in 2025

We loved this property. It ended up being just 3 blocks away from my Inlaws. We were amazed by how much space we had. It was a lovely neighborhood really quiet.
