We had a great stay at the barnhouse - Michael was super responsive, the house was clean and perfectly accommodated our group for COTA. Definitely recommend!

Amazing space

This home is amazing! So beautifully lit and so many rich textures and ambiance. So darned comfortable a d clean. We left before the check out instructions arrived and Im terrible at checking the app- so if anyone is disappointed- it would be the owner. As a guest - i was thrilled to work away from home for a day or so!

Great place for the family!

We spent a night here over spring break. The house was located in close proximity to Austin for us to easily access activities. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool. I really appreciated how responsive Michael was. He was a great host!

Great Barn House, Great Location

Rented this house for my family (wife, our three young daughters, father, and two sister-in-laws) as we were attending a wedding in Austin, TX. Wanted something in the vicinity but something different than the “traditional house.” The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. I don’t mean that negatively, I mean that the property is better than the pictures show. The house was plenty roomy, had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge! Our children loved the bunk beds and had plenty of room to play. My wife loved the spacious kitchen and the huge laundry room! The master bathroom was huge with a big walk in closet and the master bedroom connects to the backyard. What was also a hit was the pool. Yes, it is heated, so we were able to go swimming in the middle of December. The backyard had plenty of sitting room to have morning coffee. In regards to location, Kyle really is a nice town. This house is minutes away from parks and restaurants. Mary Kyle (Town Square Park) is a short drive from the property and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We also visited Los Vaqueros a couple of times for lunch and breakfast and made a couple of stops at the Texas Pie Company. I highly recommend this rental and highly recommend Kyle! The property has anything and everything you could need and it was a pleasure working with Michael.

Nice Property

Nice Property very close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Downtown Kyle had a great Holliday Lights display with Santa and the Grinch available for pictures. Very nice weekend trip.

This is one of the most incredible properties I have ever stayed at. The house and property is even better in person. We had a family/friends backyard dinner here and multiple people said they want to come back and stay.. :) Thank you Michael! It was truly amazing!

Prefect Barn house for our getaway!!!

Beautiful home!!! There was just one little issue with the water pressure
owner was on it and notified us immediately. The pool was definitely a big hit to cool off after a long hot summer day! We would definitely plan for another stay!!

The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for the whole family. The pool was an awesome distraction for the kiddos. Clean and well appointed with all the amenities you could need.

This property was built by a master builder as an homage to an architecturally celebrated home in California. It features a huge open living room and dining room with a very large kitchen and several outdoor seating areas. Isolated from neighbors and with a pool and multiple BBQ areas, it's perfect for get togethers, wedding parties and taking advantage of the many things to do in the Texas Hill Country.

From the double front doors to the vaulted wooden ceilings to the several beams inside and out, this house is a masterwork in wood carpentry and luxury attention to detail.
