Nossa casa is a 3 bed, 2bath with screen-in lanai pool built in 2020. This is our loved vacation home that can be your vacation or seasonal home. Our bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and simply decorated. The open floor plan allows all guests to gather. The kitchen is equipped with all your needs and pool area is fully furniture. Nossa Casa is 10 mins from Englewood beach, 30 mins from Boca Grande. Enjoy other beaches and boating in surrounding areas.

We love this house and the host so much, this is our second time staying here for a Thanksgiving family getaway and not our last! The house is the perfect layout and so wide open that no one feels crowded. The kitchen layout is great and spacious, the beds are so comfortable and the house is the perfect location to local beaches where you're close enough but far enough to not be in crazy beach traffic all the time. We will be back!

First time renter

I rented 3 different properties during my stay in Florida this house wins a ten star rating. The pictures are accurate. The pool is perfect and the location is good. The house is clean and it looks new. I would recommend this house and would rent it again.

Christmas Vacation

The house was perfect for our vacation. My wife and I stayed with our two year old and found the house to have everything we needed. There were even baskets of toys for our son. We will look to stay here again on our next trip.

Quiet, beautiful, spotless!

This home is beautiful and was incredibly clean. The location was perfectly close for beach activity and wonderful seafood. We didn’t use the pool, the sun left the pool side early afternoon, so the water stayed really cold. Overall our stay was good. Thank you for sharing your home.

Everytime we visit

We are a family of four, with two college aged adults. Each time we come to Englewood this is the place we stay. The house is in great shape and very clean. We come to visit our parents but they tend to drive to this house to hang with us, rather than us driving to theirs.

Beautiful relaxing time away

My husband and I were looking for a nice home with pool in southern Florida to spend spring break with our 6 and 4 yo. We have been to Marco Island and AMI several times and wanted to try something new and more low key. Sonia’s home was beautiful and well appointed. Layout was nice and our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and patio area was nice. There were plenty of cool beaches and restaurants within 10 min drive. Sonia was excellent at communicating with us. Neighbors and neighborhood was nice as well.

The Best Thanksgiving Ever

After a long year we decided to get away for Thanksgiving and luckily came across this listing. Sonia was wonderful, due to our flight itinerary on Thanksgiving morning she was more than accomodating to work with our arrival time. The house was perfectly clean, spacious and clearly well cared for. The kitchen is HUGE and made perfect for flying in, quickly unpacking, prepping an entire thanksgiving meal and being able to all eat it together at the large dining room table. We had not one complaint and will definitely book this house again for our next FL getaway!!

Better then the pictures

We loved our stay here. The cleanest place we have ever stayed through VRBO or other sites. We have stayed a lot of places. The house is very well done. We enjoyed the layout (the second bathroom opened to the pool). The hosts provided basics such as: soap in bathrooms and sink. Some dishwasher and washing machine pods
 the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The pool is very nice and the comfortable furniture to spend time out there makes you feel at home. I don”t know how else to explain that this was a “perfect”stay for us as we visited Grandparents who live near by. We definitely hope it’s available again. The location is good to reach the beach in 10 minutes and some good places to eat and have ice cream. The house is on a nice size lot. It is probably one of the nicest houses in the area it is in. There could be a lot of construction because of hurricane damage in the area. But it isn’t in a community (which we liked). This also means there aren’t standards for all the houses and some are not in great shape. Again the hurricane damage could contribute to this. Overall for us the positives far outweigh the negative

Big beautiful and spacious !

The place is very open and clean . It has a nice pool and patio area. The pool was not heated so it was a bit cold . We came in from Michigan for a funeral so it was nice to all be together ❀
