Location and views! Located directly on Shinnecock Bay with a 75-foot bullheaded canal, this cozy cottage offers a expansive backyard with direct access to water. Perfectly nestled in Southampton and a short drive to Village attractions and ocean beaches, the home is appointed with two bedrooms and one full bath. Living room with TV is furnished with a pull-out soda to comfortably accommodate an additional 2 guests. Bay views can be appreciated from every vantage point on your private outdoor deck and spacious backyard. Home is complete with an outdoor shower, grill, dining table and bay-facing lounge chairs positioned around the fire pit.

    Cozy, charming property overlooking the bay. Small but good for two friends first time exploring The Hamptons. Did feel the outdoor furniture could use some updating but unit is comfortable and has all basic amenities needed in a rental! Host was very responsive and easy check in/ check out, lovely stay!

    Close to town and great location! House was clean overall. Smelled a little stuffy and saw a few ants. Overall, great accommodations and would recommend.

    Exceptional stay at Little Neck Road, lovely setting & close to everything!

    Wonderful stay, close to the beach, restaurants, when i was young we stayed on this road with a family home many years ago, brought back lovely memories, the host was excellent and Vrbo the best!

    Wonderful Visit

    This is our third visit to Little Neck and we loved it once again! Perfect location and we had everything we needed for another enjoyable and memorable vacation. We also love that we can bring our dog which is so nice. Lori is a wonderful host and super responsible. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful cottage, spectacular views.

    We had an amazing week here, quiet, peaceful and just stunning views. Close to everything you need. Being end of October, we had perfect weather, but the cottage has great heat when it gets a little chilly in the evening. Beds are super comfortable and there’s plenty of extra blankets and towels. We will definitely be back.

    Lovely affordable house

    This is just what we were looking for, probably one of the last reasonable size houses left in Southampton. This place can't last long. It was clean. Simple a bit tight, the location was perfect for us.

    The hostess was very nice and responsive when I had questions. The cottage is comfortable but not very well maintained and very expensive considering the quality of the accommodations.

    The cottage is so cute and comfortable, but the maintenance crew unfortunately seems to lack in either management direction or quality, last year they had removed all outdoor furniture, this year all the chairs next to the firepit were broken.Well stocked on towels, which is always great, kitchen missed some things that was there last year,mostly I missed the large frying pan but that’s just me, we like bacon with our eggs, oven has a tick to it when you turn it on, fix is to turn on all the burners and it will go away.Got a dog and want to keep the backdoor open, foil on the hook and a towel under the screw door.This is not a bad review just a plea to the owner/management to fix the easy stuff, we will be back and we bring our own bathmats and shower handles

    Cozy canal bungalow

    Quiet, cool (on a hot and muggy wknd), relaxing and homey. Great water pressure, too. Loved watching the birds on the canal at different times of day. Both beds were very comfy and coffee at the breakfast bar was nice way to slowy wake up. Highly recommend it!

    Cozy stay on shinnecock Canal

    The area was beautiful and. quiet. Being very close the water was a big plus and very relaxing. The house was small and rustic but very cozy. Big enough for 2 people comfortably. Had everything needed to cook simple dinners.

    Sisters' Weekend

    The house was as advertised, a perfect size for me and my sister. The yard was amazing with a beautiful view and really comfortable chairs to hang out in! Lori was so helpful and communicative. I had absolutely no problems reaching her when I had a question! Would return to this house for sure!

    Graduation Hampton trip

    You have the opportunity to attend a graduation party at the Hamptons, where everyone had to find their own accommodations. The location is essentially located to town to the water and beautiful scenic paths. The host insured that the home was exceptionally clean and amenities provided. Not to mention accommodating due to last-minute change in schedule.

    Good but

    The address was incorrect. The outdoor chairs needed to cleaned. There was an ant issue, but it was clean. The beds were and linens were very comfortable. Good location.
