Charming cottage with great kitchen open floor plan to living area with southern exposure. 2 large bedrooms on ground floor each with full bath. Loft space with storage. All linens provided. Lovely landscaped yard and patio. Outdoor grill. 3 minute walk to Peconic Bay for evening stroll and sunsets. Great central location! Easy access to a host of good food and restaurants.
