Great place!

Great home for a group of friends or a family traveling to the east end of Long Island. Great proximity to the area wineries and the Hamptons. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved Lockett Cottage

This cute cottage just off the beautiful Peconic Bay in Jamesport was perfect for or family of 4. We could walk to the water to paddle board, enjoy the quaint restaurants and vineyards of the North Fork or relax by the fire in the yard - plus it’s leas than 30 minutes from the ocean or Greenport. Highly recommend this property and Kelly as a host!

Cute cottage very close to the beach

This cottage is surprisingly spacious and very well located. Close to town, wineries, breweries, and walking distance to the bay. While the private beach is pretty small, you can walk a few minutes to the larger beach. The house is well-stocked and had everything we needed.

Great house and good communication

We recently rented the property for a long weekend for a group of 6. The space was lovely and as advertised. Communication was great and the owners were willing to accommodate an early check in, we were very happy with our stay.

Another amazing weekend on the east end !

This house is just so charming. Perfect space for 8 of us ! Super clean. Great backyard for a fire at night and perfectly located near all the wineries ! This is our second stay and it will not be our last !

Perfect location

Nice home good amenities. Location was perfect as it was about 1 mile from where my family was having a wedding. Walking distance to the beach was a plus although we did have weather for beach going. Comments made to the host were all well received. Would recommend.

beautiful retreat

The house was exactly as it was described. It was clean and very roomy and comfortable. Close walk to the beach and many wineries was a plus for this house. Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent again. We loved it.
