Oceanside Condo with family friendly amenities!

This Condo is located in the front of the K building with an open hallway overlooking office and sports amenities. Free equipment for these may be checked out in the office which also includes a lending library of books, puzzles and brochures. There are also excellent walking trails nearby and easily assessible. This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

loved the property

The property was really nice even though didnt get to explore and use all the amenities. The outdoor pool was my favorite one probably and loved the slide. It was a nice walk to the beach and it wasn't overcrowded. The condo unit was nice to. Some of the downsides were the following. THe water was turned off and nobody knew where to turn it on and then we finally found it. As well as the hot water tank not being big enough. Had to takes lots of cool/cold showers because there wasn't enough. The description of the amenities were non-existent and not very clear. Asked if there was a hair dryer and was told no and there was one. THought we were only going to be able to have access to coin laundry but when we get there, there was a washer and dryer in the unit so that would have been nice to know upfront. The only other thing that wasn't happy with that when we were at the pool, they would make you all the kids get out and do a 15 minute adult swim, supposedly they do that when there are alot of kids in the pool and to give them a break to go use the restroom etc. Which I understand not wanting to have accidents, but not all kids have to go at the same time etc. So it was upsetting esp for my granddaughter and us to at times because even though we werent ready to get out of the pool we were forced to. They have a calendar of events to and food trucks come certain days. They had a fire a couple nights as well. Overall it was a good stay and would stay on the property again.
