Make your family's vacation memorable in this lovely, oceanfront condo at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. This condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities desired for a great vacation! No need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs to your condo - there is an elevator and luggage carts available to make for easy access. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the outdoor community swimming pool while the children frolic in the water. Or follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells!


This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for relaxing or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Give yourself a time out and allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean and feel the refreshing ocean breeze as you unwind on the screened-in balcony just off of the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all major and small appliances, making cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grills for those delightful family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep.


Don't worry about not having enough beach towels. You will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the front screened-in foyer. Additional in-suite amenities include four TVs and a DVD player. The free WiFi access makes it easy for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media. Across the street you will also find a day dock with a view so beautiful, you may never want to go home!

This condo worked great for a spot for friends coming in for a wedding to meet up. Much better than using a bland hotel. The view was good. Sitting on the deck was relaxing with the sound of the ocean.

Knock out ocean front view! This is a really nice unit, furnished comfortably with all you need. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and all the room! Great floor plan and location. Perfect spot for a beach break!

Honest review

The condo was not clean at all. Mold on the ceiling over master shower. Cereal under couch cushions from previous guests. The bathtub stopper was black on the inside. The walls and inside doors were filthy. The furniture was stained. The beds were the most uncomfortable of anywhere we have stayed. Please advise homeowners lots of work needs to be done.

Terrible, Misrepresenting, Sandy and Nasty

First, 2 hour late on checking in cause unit was not cleaned, then unit was nasty, dirty and sand everywhere even in beds. No vacuum, ac filter was dark grey, sand in tubs, lied about having a KING size bed. It was a double. Had to find other accommodations for family

Great place to stay but not flexible for emergencies

The condo was clean and neat. I liked that furniture is still in good Condition and clean. It was ocean front which I love. The only thing I don’t like is that they do no refund your money or move the dates to stay if you have an emergency you would loose your money. My kids were sick and I wish I could had move it to another day to enjoy more but they did not give me an option. I personally would not reservation here again due to that lack of flexibility.
