Brand new A/C just installed. Remodeled and upgraded just for you! Unit 48 (building 9) is in a peaceful and secluded location of the sprawling 35 acre Kiahuna Plantation resort complex.
The grounds boast wide, green manicured spaces coupled with beautiful flowering trees and the incredible Moir gardens. From the door of the unit you have a short few minute’s walk to your choice of beaches; Kiahuna beach or Poipu beach. Both are excellent swimming and snorkeling spots or just grab a chair from the beach hut and soak up the glorious, warm sunshine! This unit sleeps 4 with a private bedroom suite, along with a comfortable pull out couch located in living room. Brand new living room furniture awaits your arrival.
The unit has an open airy feel with vaulted ceilings and is so quiet! It’s on the desirable second floor of a two story building, providing privacy. Other in room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with brand new cookware, vacuum, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, makeup mirror, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, some snorkel gear, cooler, board games, corn hole game and dozens of books to choose from for a good beach read. WiFi is included and the brand new 60 inch tv has a cable subscription as well as Netflix. The private lanai provides the peace and tranquility that allows you to relax and switch to vacation mode.
The resort offers beach chairs and towels from the Beach Hut where you can also rent snorkel gear and book surf lessons. The Poipu Athletic Club across the road allows guests access to the beautiful pool with water slide, tennis courts, state of the art gym equipment and locker room with showers.
Nightly rate DOES NOT include the $264 (tax NOT included) cleaning fee that guests will pay upon check out. Cleaning fees are based on a 7 day stay and additional fees may apply. There may be other charges from the property management depending on the length of stay. Fees mentioned do not include Hawaii state tax.

We did not want to leave! Unit was perfect in many ways: close to beaches, shops and restaurants and had all the amenities you could want. Jen, the owner, thought of everything! Great location on the island—central to all of the sites. Loved having access to the athletic club. Cannot wait to visit again!

We had a fabulous time in this condo. The location couldn’t be better - so close to Poipu beach! The furniture and bed were comfortable. It’s also close to the laundry room which we used once in our 10-day stay. Towels are replaced every 3 days, and there was a full cleaning and bed linens changed after 6 days. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I loved that this unit was a close walk to the beach which we visited every day. The grounds were kept nicely and parking was close.

ANOTHER great stay!
Our fifth visit and stay at Kiahuna Plantation. Best location on the island. Our partial ocean view was more like ocean view. Great unit, with great amenities and extras.

Beautiful Kiahuna!
Lovely grounds. Beautiful condo in great condition. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of extras in condo for your enjoyment. Nice grassy area to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Sandy beach. Totally enjoyed it!

Lovely, convenient condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. Easy access to shopping, dining and the beach. The king bed was SO comfortable! The view from the lanai is spectacular. The property is excellently maintained, the grounds are immaculate!

Perfect location on a beautiful property. New AC and TV along with the beach chairs and cooler in the closet made it that much better. Hope to stay again next year

Great locarikn
Had a great time at this condo. It’s a wonderful location to the beach and surrounding areas. Amenities were fantastic, cleaning service was perfect, communication with host and front desk was stellar. All in all wonderful trip to Kauai, and will for sure be back.

A relaxing oasis
The plantation is an oasis inside an oasis great gardens and walkways sprawling everywhere to make getting around from the beach to shops a breeze. Wonderful location on the unit with east access to the beach made our stay relaxing and wonderful! We will be back!

Incredible Kauai Condo
Our youngest son and his wife stayed in this unit. It is a beautiful unit with a/c. Would totally rent this one again!
