Kiahuna Plantation vue partielle sur l'océan, dernier étage, 4 min à pied de la plage + fitness + piscine

Bienvenue au célèbre Kiahuna Plantation Resort, situé sur la très souhaitable plage de Poipu. Le Kiahuna se trouve sur 35 hectares de jardins tropicaux luxuriants, avec des orchidées et des étangs de nénuphars et bénéficie d'une vaste pelouse en bord de mer entourée de palmiers. La plage est à quelques pas de notre unité, # 414, et est idéale pour la baignade et toutes les activités nautiques. Le Kiahuna est le seul complexe en copropriété en bord de mer à Poipu ... c'est le meilleur emplacement dans la zone la plus clémente de Kauai. De nombreux guides touristiques, The Travel Channel, Conde Nast, etc., classent Poipu parmi les meilleures destinations balnéaires du monde.

Notre condo est au dernier étage, donc assis sur la véranda, vous pouvez vous détendre en toute intimité (personne ne peut marcher devant vous) et surplombant la cime des arbres et la vue partielle sur l'océan. (Regarde la photo). De là, profitez de la vue de l'eau bleue, des levers et couchers de soleil ...... savourez un café ou des cocktails avec le panorama en constante évolution du Pacifique juste devant vous.

De hauts plafonds et de larges portes coulissantes en verre sur la véranda contribuent à une sensation ouverte et aérée. Le Lonely Planet Guide déclare que «les condos au dernier étage sont les meilleurs au Kiahuna».

Ce condo est une chambre à coucher (king) et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon, maximum de 4 personnes. Cuisine complète et récemment rénovée, entrée de tuiles. Salle de bain complète, douche carrelée rénovée, avec coin lavabo séparé. Veuillez noter qu'il y a des escaliers au dernier étage.

Juste en face, vous trouverez l'Athletic Club, le complexe de tennis et la piscine, à trois minutes à pied. Tous les propriétaires de condos ne sont pas membres de cette installation, mais nous le sommes, nous pouvons donc offrir ces commodités à nos clients.
Également sur le terrain - le restaurant réputé Plantation Gardens. Et la société de gestion très professionnelle et gracieuse, sur place, remettra vos clés et répondra à toutes les questions, contribuant ainsi à rendre votre séjour agréable. Ils sont disponibles pour vous 24/7. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un parking gratuit et des barbecues disponibles pour les clients. Le condo a un lecteur DVD et 2 télévisions à écran plat.

The ocean view from the patio was even better than it looked it in the listing. It was a lovely spot to sit and read, watch the ocean and listen to the birds. You can walk to several beaches in about 10 minutes.

This condo has it all! The entire condo is spacious with a separate bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, eating area and living room. The view from the deck is a great partial ocean view. Very serene. The condo had all the beach tools we needed - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The resort is large but quiet. It is beach side with a large grassy area for enjoying the ocean view or for children and adults to run around. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous area. Clean very nice one bedroom unit. The lanai view was superb. The owners Jack and Susan responded well and quickly to any issue The bedroom bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. I do wish the bathroom could have been larger but such was the unit design. Only only negative is there is only one AC unit in living room that does a mediocre job cooling the bedroom though they do provide plenty of extra fans

Our host made us feel very welcome! Our condominium was peaceful with a good view of the ocean. It was private and enjoyable.

The property was exactly as it was described. We particularly loved that the AC worked great and that there were ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. There were also 2 tower fans that helped a lot too. Ice maker worked great and we appreciated the Brita for water. The variety of beach gear was great, but we particularly appreciated the cooler. The kitchen could've used a few cooking basics (i.e. salt/pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). Overall, we had a great stay and could not recommend this property enough. We'd certainly stay here again.

Highlights of the property: great location, walkable to several local beaches, the bed was very comfortable and AC worked well, the beach amenities were nice to have, felt safe, great balcony viewsWe did find a cockroach in the bathroom, but they were spraying for pest prevention during our stay. We are a retired couple living near San Francisco. We had been looking for the perfect place with a real island feel, and found Kauai to be far more tropical and picturesque than any of the other islands. . When we saw this condominium with a partial ocean view had come on the market, we bought it right away. We vacation here ourselves, several times per year, and take pride in keeping it attractive and comfortable. We are now seeing returning visitors, so we know we're providing a desirable vacation experience.

For your special vacation, a partial ocean view is a considerable plus! Sitting on the lanai, dining or relaxing, we wanted guests to see the ocean, not just a garden view.
And the top floor condos have high ceilings, allowing more ocean breeze and a greater feeling of spaciousness. Remodeled kitchen and bath, updated furnishings, and our constant attention to each guest’s enjoyment has given us 12 years of 4 and 5 star ratings. We’ve added AC to enhance guest comfort ( not all condos in this location have AC).

Partial ocean view! Top floor! Stroll to beach, pool, fitness, tennis, shops and restaurants. We have an on site, fully staffed front desk for check in and a dedicated maintenance staff at this resort. If you have any issues or questions, they will get addressed immediately. Plus, every guest will have my cell phone number, so getting questions or assistance is just a text away.
