Summary:
Ocean views? Check. Full Kitchen? Check. Great location? Check! 312 at D Sands is a one bedroom, one bathroom family condo on the 3rd floor. The location has easy access to the beach for some daytime fun, then come back to a convenient shower/bathtub for easy clean up. Enjoy a meal in or try a nearby local favorite before turning in. Sleep in one of the 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen murphy bed in the living room to let the soothing white noise of the ocean lull you to sleep.

The Space:
Ocean views? Check. Full Kitchen? Check. Great location? Check! 312 at D Sands is a one bedroom, one bathroom family condo on the 3rd floor. The location has easy access to the beach for some daytime fun, then come back to a convenient shower/bathtub for easy clean up. Enjoy a meal in or try a nearby local favorite before turning in. Sleep in one of the 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen Murphy bed in the living room to let the soothing white noise of the ocean lull you to sleep.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Beachfront, absolutely beautiful view. The accommodations are out of date and you can feel ot but the location can't be beat. Hosts were VERY responsive to all communication. A little pricey for the our of date vibe but I would stay again.

Awesome stay!

A wonderful sister get-away! Prefect weather for October, and beyond gorgeous sunset! Beds were very comfy!Hot water was not always consistent but we managed just fine! Will come back!

Great long weekend

D Sands is in a great location with easy access to the beach and close to many of the great things Lincoln City has to offer. It was nice to have the balcony to sit on and enjoy the ocean and also the kitchen helped save on food expenses.

Great Location

We loved our stay here! It is right on the beach and couldn’t be better. Would stay again anytime in the area. The Murphy bed was super neat - we slept out there to be able to fall asleep to ocean. Pictures are accurate, unit was clean and quiet (except for the ocean waves 😁), bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked for home cooking.

You feel like you're on the beach from your room. Open the patio door, pull up a comfy chair, and it's the best of both worlds. We love DSands!

great lincoln beach getaway!

Great location and unit. On site management was very responsive! Murphy bed in living room was super comfy. Bedroom mattresses were not the best but our kids slept on them and didn't complain. We'd stay here again!

Great get away

This place is right on the beach so the location is perfect. It’s a comfortable unit but not fancy. Furniture is dated, but the pictures were accurate and it is a great price for being right at the waters edge. We were outside most of the time. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great property

Had a great time. Great beachfront location with easy access to the huge beach in front, just steps away from the sand, no need to cross any streets or roads. Unit was clean, comfortable, well equipped, great view of course. Pool and hot tub were great too. No complaints other than there can be a bit of noise in the back bedroom which faces Hwy 101, the occasional loud vehicle can disturb sleep. But out the other way, towards the deck side where you look at the beach and where the Murphy bed is, no road noise at all, just the sound of the waves.

The room and property appeared to be clean. Although we came home with head lice and we had not been anywhere else around people aside from our almost week long trip to this location. Advertised a heated pool and it was freezing cold, my kids wouldn’t even get in and they swim in the ocean.

Beach Stay

Renting this property turned out pretty nicely. At first while checking in, our room had not been tended to. Went down to the office and the property manager explained how they were short staff of housekeepers and we were compensated in our own way for having to wait an extra hour before checking in. It was understandable and no big deal, the housekeepers that were there was doing the best they could being stretched thin. Good thing about it, was the beach was right there. It was a lovely stay and we would definitely go back. To step outside and automatically be on the beach and also everything in walking distance. This stay was worth it.

Advertisement was accurate

The room was nice and the description was accurate. I only had 2 issues with the room but other then that it was relaxing. The room we stayed at had to be part of the older construction. The shower got ice cold and hot when someone flushed or turned on water. The second is it’s made for multiple people and most stay more than a day but only one thing of coffee was there. Yes, that’s not a big deal since we could buy some. But I figured since they supply it one day then a few won’t hurt.

We took 2 showers about a 1/2 hour apart and the second shower was less than warm water. WE were disappointed. Otherwise our stay was as we expected - we have been staying at D Sands for 42 years, and we will return. The fireplace suites is our favorite, Melody

Amazing amazing place but one comment !!

My family have been visiting d sands for centuries. It is perfect!! Excellent location, so generous for space, check in and out process amazing and so easy. Everything about it is perfect I just have one comment. The fabric used on the sofa and chair is not great for a hotel..it collects so much hair! We found so much long blonde hair on it from other people...we felt gross to sit on the couch. The floor was the same! My son would pick up his toys and they had hair on them (not our hair) sofa needs a more durable outdoor type fabric that wipes off easily. Thank you so much for the great stay. We
