Summary:
307 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located 30 steps up on the 3rd floor, and guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony. A full kitchen stocked with basic cookware and a bathtub make this condo perfect for families, and with 3 queen beds (2 in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room), it sleeps up to 6. An easy staircase provides access to the beach, and guests get access to an HOA-maintained pool.

The Space:
307 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located 30 steps up on the 3rd floor, and guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony. A full kitchen stocked with basic cookware and a bathtub make this condo perfect for families, and with 3 queen beds (2 in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room), it sleeps up to 6. An easy staircase provides access to the beach, and guests get access to an HOA-maintained pool.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Everything was as shown on website, views excellent! Beach access excellent! Room was clean and orderly, had everything needed although we do not cook on vacation, beds were good...the building's themselves are needing some updates, especially the balconies and outside paint, but overall this is a great place to enjoy family vacation!! Highly encourage a full day to drive South on 101 at leadt as far as Newpory, to stop and see the views, and 101 North to Canon Beach, many little towns and sights, loved it!!

Place was great for what we needed. The only issue was the deck had alot of pigeon poop, a half built nest and two pigeons staring us down as if we didn't belong there! They eventually hopped on the deck next door and watched as we cleaned up the chairs and deck. After sitting down I think they realized that we weren't leaving and gave up on the idea of nesting there. They kept visiting to make sure, but I think they got the picture and eventually left us alone.

First, I would stay here again. The room was clean and the view amazing! Our room was great. Took me a minute tobfigure out the lock, user error. It was clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful view!We never used the pool or hot tub, but we did check them out and they seemed fair.The host was great, checking on us through occasion texts which were neither too many or two few. The opportunity was definitely there to keep touch.Some of the hallways to get to some doors were a bit dark/undesirable. We were 3 women and I kept saying I wouldn't want to be single woman with some of these entrances. This is just my thought.There was some garbage that had been left out overnight on our floor. The birds got into it. Very much avoidable. Im sure it was just missed.There are stairs and no elevators, as listed. Again, we were rewarded with an amazing view.Parking is tight, as listed, but we had no problem. Lots of delicious food available from the sandwiches and ice cream across the street to the Sea Hag in Depoe Bay. Side note: if you like old time diners with amazing food, check out Otis Diner down the road!

Not much for cookware, but it was a good place to stay. The room layout is great for young children.

Beautiful views!!

We checked in to the condo and couldnt believe the views that were waiting for us. We had our 4 young children with us, so we were happy to find the condo very clean. The balcony could use some cleaning, but it was so nice to have one. We often had the door to the balcony open. We had to Go up 3 flights of stairs, so that got old but good exercise for us. The pool and hot tub area was very nice.
