Summary:
307 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located 30 steps up on the 3rd floor, and guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony. A full kitchen stocked with basic cookware and a bathtub make this condo perfect for families, and with 3 queen beds (2 in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room), it sleeps up to 6. An easy staircase provides access to the beach, and guests get access to an HOA-maintained pool.

The Space:
307 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located 30 steps up on the 3rd floor, and guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony. A full kitchen stocked with basic cookware and a bathtub make this condo perfect for families, and with 3 queen beds (2 in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room), it sleeps up to 6. An easy staircase provides access to the beach, and guests get access to an HOA-maintained pool.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The check-in was super easy, I didn't have to talk to anyone and we could arrive late. We accessed the property using our unique code. There was a great cozy view for storm watching.

Unit was clean and bright. Ocean and beach views are perfect. Beds are ok. Only real gripe is it gets hot, even on mild days. Unit comes with a fan that was a god send, but its loud and drowns out the sound of the waves. Parking lot was full, guessing from guests having more than one car per unit. Overall very good. Likely to stay again.

Beautiful views!!

We checked in to the condo and couldnt believe the views that were waiting for us. We had our 4 young children with us, so we were happy to find the condo very clean. The balcony could use some cleaning, but it was so nice to have one. We often had the door to the balcony open. We had to Go up 3 flights of stairs, so that got old but good exercise for us. The pool and hot tub area was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay and it was definitely more accommodating for our large family than anticipated. Great views and easy access to basically everything you need. Cons: The door code we were given did not work and no email was given about an updated one. Housekeeping could have vacuumed and cleaned out the fridge from the last guest as we threw out left over food, interesting colored ice in the tray and what looked like crushed chips in the carpet. Parking could be improved, lots of cars "visiting" seem to show up and fill up the lot. Overall, if you have a lot of kids or little kids, this place is great as you'll have all the comforts of home in the room. Fun pool area great for families and easy beach access. The staff is absolutely helpful each time we've interacted, customer service is definitely spot on!! Congratulations to the front office staff, yall were fantastic!

Good value

We have stayed at several locations in Lincoln City over the past 10 years. This one was good for the value. The space is perfect for our family of 4. We could have slept 1 more so up to 5. The units are older but comfortable. I'm not sure how other specific units are, other locations are decorated and furnished by owners so I'm not sure about this one. The beds are a bit antiquated the box springs are fiber board and a bit flimsy. Parking is sometimes tough as the spaces are smaller and everyone's vehicle is so much larger than when this was built but we worked around it. We would stay here again for sure. We always bring our own pan and knife set to cook in the unit. Worked great. Thank you D sands! We are satisfied.

Not a bad place to stay

Check in was relatively easy with the exception of a minor keypad issue they fixed quickly. The condo is located in a nice area and the room was clean. It had a great view from the balcony which was the best part. The shower and fridge both were new and worked perfectly. We encountered some inconveniences but nothing dire; for example the murphy bed in the living room appeared to be broken and was not able to sit flush to the wall. There was no A.C. in the unit so fans would have been nice to keep the air from remaining hot and stagnate. The DVD player never ended up working even after calling the office for assistance. The faucet in the kitchen wouldn't turn making it a challenge to wash dishes. A few more items in the kitchen such as olive oil and more than 1 size of skillet would have been nice. Small things such as a broom but no dust pan, and no pool towels provided (though we were told there would be) we simply overlooked so as to just enjoy our time there. Although things like an elevator, assigned parking spots and a dishwasher would have been nice they weren't deal breakers. Many of the things mentioned could easily be fixed making this a great little retreat. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Right On The Sand

We had an ocean view, there are stairs from the building straight to the sand, it's very close to the D River, making water play easily accessible and safe for children, and we could play in the pool when it was too cold to be on the beach. Great spot.

Fun and easy shore stay

We were so enchanted by the sweet little condo—everything from the stocked kitchen to the beachy decor enhanced the happy vibe of our stay. We had three queen beds for the six of us, and were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend, and it’s definitely on our list for a return trip! Lincoln city is cute besides. It helps to have a centrally located, cute beach condo as home base!

Stay was great. Place was what we expected. Kids were sad because the pool and hottub got closed the day we arrived. Which was one reason we chose this resort.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

It was a good location, right on the beach. Condo was as described and had what we needed. The email for check in came in plenty of time, so it was an easy process. It was great for a couple days away for spring break. Thanks.
