Unit 205 is a one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront suite. Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen (with full sized appliances!) to enjoy while watching the waves from large windows or the balcony. A King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room provide space for 4. Easy nearby beach access or walk nearby to restaurants or local shops. Finish the day with a swim or soak in the HOA provided/maintained heated pool. Start planning your next vacation today!

The Space:
Unit 205 is a one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront suite. Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen (with full sized appliances!) to enjoy while watching the waves from large windows or the balcony. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Such a wonderful view. Kitchen was well stocked had pots, pans, spices. Really very nice. Heater in bedroom didn't work but the living room heater kept the place toasty.

Very nice accommodations! Not only were the beds comfortable but we felt relaxed like being in our own place. The place was not only clean but also well maintained. It was nice sitting on the balcony watching the ocean waves.

Great beach-front location! Loved being just steps from the ocean and enjoying the view from the balcony. A little noisy right off Hwy 101. Condo was clean and had everything we needed (pool towels, Kleenex, dish soap, etc.). Wi-Fi was very weak, but not a big deal for our trip purposes.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at our stay in Lincoln City! The condo was perfect! The view is stunning. The check-in was very easy. My husband and daughter loved the pool and hot tub. The location is great and we were able to not only sightsee in Lincoln City but close towns including whale watching in Depoe Bay! We would definitely recommend this property! I also have sensitivities to scents and the space was great for me! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Beautiful beach, a little noisy

The beach views are fantastic! The room is large and accommodating. It is an older building and the noise between rooms and street traffic are a bit much. We had a thumping bass during the evening and from 2:15am to 3:30 loud footsteps from the room above. The wifi gave us problems with low connectivity and we got blacklisted on email due to their facilities out going server. The chlorine smell from the pool next to our room was over powering. The Hearth and Table across the street has Pizza that would make Stanley Tucci take notice of how good it is. Definitely a world class pizza. The Beck restaurant near Depoe Bay was the highlight of our trip. Truly fine dining. Over all it was a good stay and the calm ocean made life better.

Fantastic Stay at the Beach!

What a wonderful condo! We loved sitting on the veranda and watching the action on the beach. We had easy access to the beach, which our dog loved! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We have found our place at the beach!

Great views and beach access

Clean, amazing ocean views and access, simple but adequate furnishings and reasonable cost. Only downside was highway noise into the main bedroom and a refrigerator that ran too often (adding some noise). Sleeping in Murphy bed, watching sunset and listening to ocean waves was just what we needed.

We had so much fun watching the beach activities. And the location is great! Our choice for vacation this time was to stay in and just chill. So we grabbed groceries and stayed pretty much at the apartment. Perfect!

Nice place to stay

We really enjoy the accommodations at D Sands, and I would recommend it to others.I was very put off by the fact that the front desk wouldn't let us in our room 20 minutes early. It was clean and ready to go. They made us wait in our car in the parking lot until 4pm for no reason. They really dropped the ball on that one.
