-The house was spacious and had good. Iews of the lake. -Kitchen could use a few more items for baking in the oven.-Lighting in the house, even though some switches were labeled, was very confusing.-outside deck areas were not clean, cushions had mold and we were not able to sit out there.

Beautiful property on the lake, the windows int hr house allow you enjoy it from any room. Check was easy. The kitchen was beautiful though the dishwash did malfunction and it was fixed before we left. There were several wasps in the house, almost daily. And several of the doors to the outside didnt lock.

Family Gathering

This house was absolutely perfect for my family visit to Wisconsin. Having grown up there, it was a wonderful return to beautiful Lake Michigan. We were 8 people and we were all very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The outdoor setting was perfect for morning coffee and evening bonfire with smores. We will definitely be returning next summer for a longer stay. Thank you for everything. The host was so kind and very generous when our flights got delayed. Thank you!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location and beach access. It's a short drive to the nearby State Park with a nice beach too. We enjoyed the town of Port Washington and went up to Sheboygan for a day. The house was nice but could use some general maintenance.

Girls Weekend

We stayed for a girls weekend and had so much fun! The house is in a perfect location with just short drive to Port Washington and a great view of Lake Michigan. Loved listening to the sound of the waves at night.

Perfect setting and seating

Great view and the wave sounds are awesome. Plenty of seating inside and out. The windows and doors open to let the amazing outdoor sound and breeze in. Great access to the lake. We had a lot of fun on paddle boards and kayaks. The fire ring overlooking the lake was a great place to hangout in the evenings and roast hotdogs and marshmallows. Port Washington is fun to visit and the bicycle trail gives good balance to the daily paddle trips. The wildlife is abundant. I hope my next rental comes close to this wonderful.

Cool House

This is a wonderful home on Lake Michigan. We enjoyed our time there very much. We were in town for a family get together so were not at the house as much as we would have liked, and it worked perfectly for our needs. My 2 year old grandson was not happy when he arrived home as he was not back at the “cool house”. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Golf trip

Very comfortable house on the lakefront with easy access to the water. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. Would bring K cups for the Keurig coffee maker, no drip coffee maker we could find. The air conditioning has a hard time keeping up on a hot day, but with the windows open, we were fine. Plenty of good golfing nearby. Would rent again.

Lake Michigan House

We enjoyed our stay of four nights. The house came as advertised. The young kids really enjoyed the toys that were available along with playing on the sand beach. The house was roomy and we used all the space. All the windows provided great views of the lake and were especially great for viewing the lightning storm over the lake at night. We did have an issue with the air conditioning as it had a hard time keeping the house cool. We did go back and forth from the a/c to opening windows to let in a cool breeze. May need to have been more patient with the a/c. Parking was ample and we appreciated the four prong electric outlet for an E/V. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house.

Wonderful lake view. Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Great Views, comfortable beds nice big kitchen with pretty much anything you might need. Loved the 6 burner w/griddle plate and have 2 ovens! The WIFI worked well for all of 6 of us and it was nice to be able to access Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc. We also utilized the fire pit out closer to the beach. Cooked some steaks and had S'mores one night. There were a few drawbacks. The disposal, dishwasher, outside grill and hot tube did not work.The A/C was a bit sketchy as well and overly complicate to work. It is also obvious that there has been a bit of deferred maintenance to the property. That being said we would probably do it again. None of those issues were enough to dampen our enjoyment of the property.

I wanted to give this 5 stars, but I can’t.

There are so many reasons and I will list out our experience here and you can decide for yourself. First, the A/C situation is completely unacceptable. The average outside temperature while we were there was in the high 70s to low 80s and evening down into the high 60s. Hardly a heatwave. The master suite was MISERABLE. There is actually an A/C on the new side of the house, but it can not cool off that master suite to any meaningful level. At night, my husband and I had to have portable fans blowing on us just to be able to sleep without the sheets sticking to our bodies. I can not underscore this point enough. Other bed rooms had portable A/C units making them usable. However, where the bunkbeds are located in the hallway
 there is no A/C so it’s nothing short of an oven and the living room is an oven all day and night - no air circulating. There is a fan, but that makes so much noise - clicking like its about to fall off
 again - this needs to be fixed. And if you plan on cooking at all
 which as a full family going on vacation to a lake house - that’s sorta the point - be ready for the kitchen to be unbearably hot because of any lack of real airflow and usable A/C. My husband would have to step outside while cooking to cool off. And the heat coming out of the kitchen just adds to the problem. There is one room in the entire house that really is usable - the dining room. That is the single room that the A/C seems to work b

Spent a long weekend with the kids over Labor Day weekend for a getaway before school. Amazing home. So much room and the beach was fantastic. Barbeque Grill unfortunately would not work, but loved everything else. Definitely would recommemd a stay.
