Villa Incredible - new construction, gulf access, modern, pool, kayaks

Villa Incredible is located in the popular SW area on a canal with gulf access.

A high quality implementation in construction and furnishing awaits you. The living space is about 2475 sqft and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room.

2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to the pool offer a lot of space. Furthermore the third bedroom also has its own bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a king bed.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV. Via an iPad you can control the pool settings as well as the music system.

The high-quality equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to extensive cooking events. Nespresso machine available (please bring your own capsules).

In the pool area there are several lounge chairs with sufficient towels and an outdoor shower available, as well as a BBQ grill.

The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated by a salt plant, which makes the water very pleasant and kind to the skin. Basically it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. In addition, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided for your trips.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

For our guests at CoralVilla we have created individual information folders for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, places of interest and much more.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
