Villa Incredible - new construction, gulf access, modern, pool, kayaks

Villa Incredible is located in the popular SW area on a canal with gulf access.

A high quality implementation in construction and furnishing awaits you. The living space is about 2475 sqft and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room.

2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to the pool offer a lot of space. Furthermore the third bedroom also has its own bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a king bed.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV. Via an iPad you can control the pool settings as well as the music system.

The high-quality equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to extensive cooking events. Nespresso machine available (please bring your own capsules).

In the pool area there are several lounge chairs with sufficient towels and an outdoor shower available, as well as a BBQ grill.

The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated by a salt plant, which makes the water very pleasant and kind to the skin. Basically it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. In addition, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided for your trips.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

For our guests at CoralVilla we have created individual information folders for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, places of interest and much more.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

Simply Incredible

The house was super clean and had everything we needed and more. I wasn’t aware until after we booked that there was an additional charge for over two people. That never happened to me before. I also didn’t know until we booked that the electric useage was going to be charged at the end. I would have liked my invoice to have been in US dollars instead of euros since we were splitting the cost with another couple. Other than that, the house and management were top notch. Would recommend this property without hesitation!

Amazing home!!

House was clean, airy and beautiful!! The sliders open up completely, which makes it completely open to the pool and view. The surround sound system, the lights in the pool made the ambience perfect to relax and enjoy. Also, hosts were responsive and helpful. They also had a bottle of wine ready to welcome us, which was a really thoughtful touch. Location was perfect, just 5 min drive to all stores, restaurants, etc. During our checkout we noticed a hole In the wall above the tub, we honestly had not noticed or had any idea how it got gente since we never used the tub and the area was not that easy to even reach. Host was understanding and did not charge us for this damage which was much appreciated! We hope to visit and stay here again soon! Thank you!!!!!

Beautiful New Modern Home on Cape Coral Canal

The house is even more stunning in person then it is in photos. The home is modern and loaded with high end finishes, features and amenities. Every bedroom has a tv as well as the outdoor patio and large open living room. The house was stocked with everything you could need and the kitchen was fully outfitted with dishes and high end appliances. There is also a separate wine fridge built into the dining room buffet which was very convenient for storing wine and waters. The pool is very cool and modern and overlooks the canal. The pool was heated and allowed for adjusting the temp. The hot tub was also controlled by an easy to use control panel so changing the temps was simple and we used the hot tub numerous evenings. There was an abundance of patio furniture and an outdoor dining table and sofa. The scale of the house is impressive and would work for a large group but was perfect as well for the two of us. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It was easy to rent a boat and take the canals out to the open water. The home also had kayaks which we used in the canal. There were also very nice Tommy Bahama lawn chairs if you planned to go to the beach. We loved the home and are looking forward to returning in the near future.
