The FLORADELALMA is a luxury property in one of the most valuable neighborhoods in the City of Cape Coral (Eight Lakes Area), within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to Tarpon Point Marina with boats, restaurants, bar, cafe and shops and the Rose Garden neighborhood; perfect dining out with a glass of wine and walking back afterwards.

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large quality kitchen, several living areas (incl. an office), over 3,260 square feet under a/c, spacious and open floor plan. Focal point is the outstanding pool area with several rest areas, a pool and spa and the covered lanai, featuring an outdoor kitchen. But also you have breathtaking views from the big balcony on the second floor. The boat dock right on the water offers additional sitting and tanning space. Fast Gulf access for the boaters.

The property was amazing and was exactly as advertised. Our family has rented different homes in Cape Coral for the last several years for our annual summer vacation but we enjoyed this one so much we may very well book it again next year!

We loved the home, and the surrounding area with the beautiful canal, great restaurants, and the weather was absolutely wonderful. The house has warm colors and bird’s decorations on the walls that reminded me of South America. My family and I would recommend to your family to enjoy your vacation at this beautiful home.

Awesome location

Was very happy with the location on the canals and local shopping. House was very clean but did have a few weeds around pool. Layout of house was awesome with enough room for entire family to even get some downtime during tropical storm. My only criticism is that we’ve stayed at lesser places that were better stocked with the every day items, your soaps and toiletry items, but would definitely stay again.

Wonderful holiday for our group of friends!

This was a wonderful property for our group of friends. Any issues we had in the beginning were taken care of promptly and we never had to call again the entire two weeks. The house was very clean and well organized. We spend most of our time on the lanai, which had plenty of room for meals and just lounging around the pool.

Perfect family vacation home

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. This house was awesome! We spent the majority of the time on the lanai, in the pool or fishing and lounging on the dock. We had all our meals around the big table on the lanai. Caught fish off the dock and saw a family of dolphins every night. They came right under the dock. It rained a lot but the way the house is set up, it didn't stop any of the fun. Would highly recommend.

Dream come true

This beautiful property is on the water with its own outdoor area and pool. The pictures and spot on and it did not disappoint. Management company was very on top of it and involved with any concern. We grilled out while watching the sky change in and out of the pool and hot tub. It’s perfect shade vs sun ratio. Every Room was clean and very well appointed. We used a baby rental place that dropped off our rental equipment. Everything was just a dream come true! Can’t wait to go back!!

Great place to stay

House is great. lake front is great view and great fishing. There are nice little amenities like some trash bags , dishwashing tablets, etc so you do not need to run out the first minute you arrive. Lanai is super. Plenty of chairs and floaties. Great hot tub. I would go back again

Incredible property

We had an amazing time at this home and I’d highly recommended this property. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and we had plenty of room and the pool area was the biggest hit and where we spent most of our time when we were home. The manager is so professional and truly wanted a great experience for us. When we come back, we’d definitely would look for another Seabim property

Beautiful Home - Great view of the water

We stayed 10 days and had a great time. The house was even better then advertised. Heimo was very responsive to any questions we had and we really enjoyed meeting him. Everything with the house was immaculate and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the pool everyday and one day we were visited by a dolphin. The dock was great for fishing although I wished I had caught more, but was told it was not the fish but the fisherman 😊 We would definitely come back as everything was perfect.

Totally amazing!!

This vacation home was more than I dreamed of ..the location is perfect the cleanliness was awesome!! the coordination with the manager was perfect ..the pool and hot tub we’re out of this world.. all the beds are extremely comfortable including the king-size pillows. We will return ..I highly recommend this property!!!!

Fun in the Sun!

We stayed with our daughters and family. The property is located in a beautiful area, easy to access. The managers and people that we dealt with for booking and check-in-checkout were awesome. This house will easily accommodate 8 and you don't feel cramped at all. Pool and hot tub are great, kitchen has everything you need. Although the property is a bit older, it has everything you would need for an incredible family vacation. I highly recommend it!
