The main lake house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8. New kitchen in 2025. I also have a 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage house above the huge garage. That sleeps 6. $50 extra per night for groups over 10. Big outdoor deck and screened in gazebo. Dock for your boat or rent one of mine. 214 ft of lakefront age on a 1000 acre recreation lake. The lake offers a couple bars/restaurants only a mile away. Only 30 minutes from Duluth if you want to explore up there.

We had a great time at this house. All the beds and couches are brand new the lake is a great size for boating. Will stay again

Had a great time!

Great view and access of Lake Nebagamon. The location enabled us to explore from Duluth to Bayfield. Housing accommodations allowed our group to be together; but let the night owls Hoot, while the Morning folk slept ( & vise versa).

Wonderful!

The cabin was great for our get together. Lots of space indoor and out, easy to get to, peaceful and a perfect view of the lake! We did not want to leave!

Family Get Together

This lakeside property is beautiful!! We absolutely loved it and hope to come back again. The house itself needs some work, which the owner is open about, and did not detract at all from the experience.

It worked well for us

Some things I appreciated are, everything worked in the house, there was enough TP and paper towels for 8 people for a week, and the host was so responsive every time we had a need. I would hear from him immediately. We cooked almost every day, and though the kitchen is small, it filled our needs. The location is very nice as well. Take mosquito repellent.

Good time had by all

We gather twice a year to reunite our family. Lake Nebagamon and Lake Minnesuing hold special places in our hearts, and so we were delighted to finally find a rental property that was large enough for our family. We utilized the main house and the garage apartment. The beds were comfortable, the Lake view lovely, and Ryan, our host, was very responsive. The one level in the main house allowed us to safely include our elderly mother in overnight stays. The property is a bit rough around the edges, but it is clean, and functional. The fire pit was awesome. Note that you will need to bring your own water toys, if desired. Ryan indicates that he has plans for several improvements, including a new kitchen, screened in gazebo, new windows. We are looking forward to spending next summer at his rental home.

Great in many ways, but water pressure was a problem

I loved the location and layout of the cabin and the apartment above the garage, and Ryan was very responsive when there were problems. But water pressure was a problem during much of the time, resulting in the need to unplug the pump during certain periods which meant no water. We got a discount as a result, but I would have been happier with a bigger discount. We had 10 guests for 3 nights and 12 guests for 2 nights, and according to Ryan the demand from that number of people contributed to the problem. I would probably would have given a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the water pressure. The other guests and I otherwise loved the place. I would stay there again if I knew the water pressure wouldn't be an issue.

Great guests but a few days before they arrived the well developed a problem which was out of my control. I had a well installer come but couldn’t do anything while people were renting. There was literally nothing I could do to resolve it otherwise I would have. Just bad timing for a well issue.

Great Time, Something for Everyone!

We had such a great time here! This was our first ever family vacation with ages 7-75 and felt like there was something for everyone (easily accommodated all 12 of us!). Whether it was watching the sunrise/sunset, splashing in the water, playing games in the yard, or hanging around the campfire, this place definitely delivered!
