Lovely Two Bedroom Condo in South Boston
Fantastic location, South Boston, First-floor two-bedroom and one bath condo with garden level backyard. Next to the Broadway Station (`T` subway, accessible to North End, South Station), famous Newbury Street, Seaport, and Hospitals. Lots of light. Great place for a staycation, business groups, and conference attendees. Access to a beautiful Private backyard, BBQ, and outdoor fireplace. Walking distance to Bars, Restaurants, Retail stores, grocery/pharmacies, and the beach is 10 blocks away.
This two-level two-bedroom has a queen-size air mattress that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The entire condo and Private backyard are accessible to guests. Keep in mind the end of the shed outside is the property line for the backyard. Use the back door as the entry point of the unit.
The neighborhood is very safe and walk-friendly. PLenty of dining and bars around the area.
Broadway is only a 5 min walk and they have metered parking with train access near by
Conventions Center 1 mile away, Beach, Downtown Boston, Newberry Street, Fenway, and football game Rental Property Terms and Conditions Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $500 fee may apply if evidence of smoking is found. Additional costs may be charged for items that cannot be restored or cleaned. The grill must always be used in an open area and placed safely away from any structures. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest. Parties or events are not allowed unless approved in advance by the host. Unapproved gatherings may result in early termination of the reservation. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in or on the beds to help maintain cleanliness. Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning and replacement fees for affected items. This is a privately owned property. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur while staying at the home. Please secure any valuables, as the host is not responsible for misplaced or lost items. Guests are expected to treat the home and its furnishings with care. Appliances must be used only for their intended purposes. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are provided, additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is left excessively dirty after checkout. Candles with open flames are not permitted. Battery-operated candles may be used. Decorative items such as glitter or paint that are difficult to remove are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. The minimum age to book is 18 years old. For your safety and the security of the home, exterior cameras are installed at the front and side doors. These must not be disconnected, covered, or tampered with. Altering or interfering with electronic devices may result in removal from the home. Use of fireworks on or near the property is not allowed and may result in immediate removal. If anything is found to be broken or in poor condition upon arrival, guests must report it within four hours of check-in using the booking platform`s messaging system and photo documentation. This helps us ensure everything is in good shape at check-in. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen and any used utensils before leaving. Trash should be removed from the indoor bins and placed in the designated outdoor bins. Guests should maintain tidy personal spaces. If extra towels are used, please launder and return them to their original location. Guests are not permitted to attempt repairs on the property. Please report any issues to the host or maintenance team for assistance. Upon request, the guest may be asked to provide ID verification for all individuals staying at the property.

Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food

overall we had a great stay! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, location was close to a bunch of stuff, wish the t stop was a little closer walk as we were under the impression it was 5 minutes but it was more like 10-15! Would stay here again, great place!

It was what we expected
If you are attending something at the expo hall the location is perfect. Its nothing fancy, but if you're just looking for a convenient and afordable place to sleep its great. I would say that anyone with any mobility issues should avoid. The spiral staircase is what it is but theres also non handrailed steps into the unit and no grab bars in bathroom (not a critique, just an fyi)

basic facts
the place is adequate, but obviously a conversion. the staircase is spiral to make it fit. We caught a mouse in the kitchen that came out from under the refrigerator. the downstairs has two rooms and a small bathroom and just one small window. you enter the house through the backyard door into a bedroom. the upstairs neighbor called the landlord on a Sunday afternoon because my daughters were too loud playing cards and the landlord immediately contacted me and my wife by phone and text. There were not enough blankets and pillows for a winter rental in Boston. It was a place to stay but we were happy to leave

Just “OK”
We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this is one I would not return to. The location wasn’t near really anything, it smelled funny when we arrived, no washer and dryer and not enough towels to get us through the stay, the parking on the street was never open, we parked in the wrong spot- nothing was marked and we almost got towed. My kids woke up to spiders crawling across them. We actually Moved out a day early because of this. Going back and reading the reviews on this property I can now see why there are no positive reviews. The managers weren’t easy to work with and would not give us a refund for anything. We even showed the photos of the spiders and unclean unit. The backyard was not kept up and over all it just wasn’t enjoyable. If you are looking to enjoy Boston stay closer to the city!
