The apartment is very special and beautiful, clean, the kitchen is well equipped, good location, we managed with parking but there is no specific parking for the apartment.The hosts were really great and provided immediate response when needed and helped us a lot.

This was such a great stay for the area, easy to get around, park, and come and go as we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. The home was perfect for a longer stay in the city!

Great place to stay if you want to visit Boston. Easy check in, easy check out. Place is great and comfortable. Best way to get around is subway. It’s a 5 minute walk to the station, felt safe in the area.

Great location and clean apartment

We were travelling with my 82 year old mom and Allan and Tess were the most thoughtful hosts we could ask for. The apartment was Ofcourse clean and ready. Tess actually got anti skid matts for the bathroom to make it easier for my mom. The beds in the master bedroom actually have massagers in and was heavenly after a hectic day in downtown Boston, The location is perfect and close to down town and all other attractions in Boston. This review is incomplete without mentioning parking. Parking is a nightmare on day 1 till you figure street parking out. Some tips to get ahead of the parking drama is to get to the apartment early around 6pm and park on dorchester street. Parking spaces start to become scarce after 8pm. We chose to use uber rides after 6pm. Super convenient not too expensive and hassle free. It is not convenient if you have elderly people who have difficulty climbing stairs, as you have to climb atleast 10 narrow stairs to get to the apartment. I would absolutely recommend this property if you wan to visit Boston.

Boston vacation

The host was great, and very responsive to any and all questions I had about the property. It is in a great location, an easy walk to the T. The apartment was very comfortable and worked perfect for our getaway.

This second floor apartment was more than adequate for us and the hosts were excellent with responding promptly to any and all questions that we had. We only have two concerns worth noting for future guests; neither of which the hosts had means to impact. First, is the parking situation at the address. If you have never been to the area and therefore are unfamiliar with parking, suffice it to say that the situation is, as the hosts told us, “rough”. Be prepared. Secondly, and lastly, as previously stated the apartment is on the second floor. Be aware that the stairway is somewhat narrow and therefore a bit awkward when trying to get large pieces of luggage up and down the stairs. This comment is just cautionary for elderly travelers who may find it difficult with stairways. Having said that though, once in the apartment, everything was more than adequate and the stay was pleasant. Even now knowing the parking and stairway situations, we would choose this location again should we visit the Boston area in the future.

Mixed review

The apartment was clean and lovely. Hosts were really good with communication.Parking is a nightmare. We had several cars and had difficulty finding open spots near the apt. There are no parking lots or garages nearby and street parking is first come first serve. Had to unload and then drive around several blocks to find open spots. Once our cars were parked we Uber’d everywhere to save our spots.Also, the couch has 3 recliners
when closed you can accommodate one person sleeping on the entire couch. You cannot reasonably have two or three people sleep overnight in a semi- reclining position, sleeping entirely on their back. Fortunately we brought a couple of blow up mattresses along with sheets and blankets for them. A pull-out couch would work better.The master bedroom has an adjustable bed which was super comfortable.

Great place to decompress after touring Boston!

First of all, the location was great. It was close to the T station where we could access the subway or the bus. It was close to a park that was on the waterfront so we could stroll around there. We had easy access to some restaurants and stores for drinks and snacks.It was a quick walk over to the tea station and a quick ride to Boston Commons.The condo was great. We each had our own room and the beds were adjustable! The condo was clean and nicely refreshed! The icemaker worked well, there was a back deck to sit on, and it had air conditioning The neighborhood was relatively quiet.It was very nice to come back to our condo after touring around Boston during the day. I would highly recommend this property.

Simple stay

The property is clean and conveniently located, and the hosts very polite and attentive in their communications. Our small group stayed for a convention and it was a pleasant alternative to a busier seaport hotel.

Weekend Stay for Sports Tournament

Fast communication with hosts, property was exactly as pictured and easy, flexible check in and out. Nice to unwind with large TV in family room! Was able to walk to the Convention Center. The parking is a challenge, we arrived after dark and being unfamiliar with the area it was difficult to find street parking nearby; however that may be expected for the area and I just didn’t realize!

Convenient

Convenient location close to the train station for access to downtown. Safe area, also close to park and beach. Unit was very clean and had everything needed. Dryer takes a little long but that's typical with all-in-one units. No designated parking if you have a car but was able to find close street parking.

Excellent apartment, good location

Overall this was one of my best stays at any VRBO property. Good neighborhood, close to the red line station, close to the park for the kids. The only downside is spending a little time hunting for street parking, but for the quality of this property well worth it. Hosts were super responsive and gave great suggestions on places to go and check out. When I need another stay in south Boston will definitely be seeing if this apartment is available again

2024 Boston excursion

The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was modern and all appliances worked. The condo looked exactly like the photos on line. The location was also fantastic as there were many restaurants within walking distance. The owners were great about telling me how to access the condo.
