Comfy and Convenient

Friendship Reunion

This place was amazing! Very clean, incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Super convenient location, quick walk around the corner to the Red line and local restaurants. Easy check-in and property manager very responsive to communication.

Perfect location and comfortable stay

Plenty of room and comfortable for a group, just a minute from the MBTA, grocery and liquor store this place is great for families travelling to Boston. The only info we would have liked to know is that washer and dryer are not available for stays shorter than 5 days. I strongly recommend this place.

Hi Claudia Thank you for your stay and wonderful review. As for the washer/dryer we recently changed this policy (4 day stays or longer) after replacing washer for the 2nd time, very pricy. However we do make exceptions in some cases when asked.

Comfortable Beds

Good property for a large group. Beds were comfortable and comfortable bedding. Neighborhood was sketchy and would not recommend walking around more than to the train or bus. The floors were dirty.

Good time in Boston

Location was very convenient next to the red line train which we made plenty of useOnly thing of note, I wish the water in the shower was hotter. Felt warm but not hot even when left running to warm up. Kevin and Maria were very prompt in their communication as well

Boston Marathon Experience

This property is conveniently located next to the MBTA making access to all parts of the city a breeze. The property manager was excellent, responding to inquiries promptly. The VRBO was as described and totally met the needs of our family and friends. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to sight see in Boston. No rental car required as the trip from airport is super easy with the MBTA. To top everything off, the weather for the 129th Boston Marathon was excellent, as was the weather for the balance of the week. Thanks to Kevin for hosting a great VRBO in the Boston area.

Boston Marathon Weekend

This was a perfect place to stay with plenty of room for the family and easy access to all that Boston has to offer. The 3rd floor Condo was such a nice space with full kitchen, a big table for our meals together and a nice living room to gather in. The proximity to the Fields Corner T station was just a wonderful bonus. You really don’t hear much of the train but so close to walk to and ride into the city for the day. We used it a lot. I really appreciate the lovely place Kevin and Maria have and their quick communication. I would definitely like to stay there again when in Boston. I give this place 5 stars across the board.

Disappointed

Lots of typical items were missing. The dishwasher was broken. The host was inflammatory with feed back and wss supoosed to meet us in the morning which turned out to be 1120am. We paid extra for cleaning because there wasn't printed out directions for check out. The beds were hard and there was someone screaming outside the apartment until 2 am.

As a SuperHost to many guests over the years this was shameful. The trash and filthy mess left behind was deplorable. Dog droppings in my home used feminine products left about I had no choice but to charge extra cleaning for KAREN. Guests like this are not needed by any rental owners that love opening their homes to families and travelers. NEVER rent to this person if you can help it!!
