Bedrooms are opened based on the number of registered guests. Occupancy may be verified via entrance security camera. Violations will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $250 fine applies for any violations.
6. Strict No Party Policy: No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 fine.
7. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud talking or gatherings in common areas after this time. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
8. Zero Tolerance for Police Visits: Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. Special Activities: Filming, professional photography, events, or music recording require prior written consent from the Host and may incur additional location fees.
