We stayed for 2 nights for an Islanders game and this was the perfect spot! Great walking distance, super clean, and great amenities!! Didn’t have too many questions for the host because everything was laid out nicely, but they were responsive when I did! I would highly recommend!!

This was a great place to stay if attending an event at the USB Arena, was there to see Grace Potter and Chris Stapleton. Was an easy walk back to the place without dealing with parking lot traffic. Would definitely stay again for any other event. Place was clean and had everything we needed, would recommend!

As advertised! Close walk to arena

Great studio for a quick stay while going to UBS Arena for a concert. Was really happy to have a place less than 15 minutes walk. It was a frigid night and it was still doable.

Hockey Game for my Commercial Pilot

My husband flew passengers from Port of Spain & only had 1 day between his next trips. He loves hockey & we found this wonderful VRBO. Listing, cleanliness, check-in process & communication were all top notch. We look forward to staying there again.

Great space for UBS/NYC Trip

This place is fantastic for going to an Islanders game at UBS Arena, but it's proximity to the LIRR station is also very nice for those who want to explore long island/NYC. The space is very clean and Ahmed is very responsive to messages. He also has a binder with local spots to check out.

Nice Studio

Very beautiful studio which was a short walk to UBS Arena. Went to a concert at UBS and this was perfect for the night. Owners were very responsive to any questions I had. Would stay there again.

Nice little place

Was in town for one night with my husband and two kids. Appreciated the parking spot next to the door. great amenities - full size fridge, Keurig with pods, toaster oven, dishes, shower soaps, basic toiletries. The only downside is my husband is a light sleeper and we could hear the dog upstairs walking around at night.

Islanders game and Long Beach visit

Property was very clean and comfortable . We were able to walk to the UBS Arena within 10 minutes , which was very convenient and economical as parking is pricey . Having offstreet parking was so helpful . Ahmed answered all of my questions and his suggestions were helpful . Excellent diner , deli and bakery nearby ! Would highly recommend

Communication was great through the Vrbo app and email. We walked to the UBS Arena and it wasn’t bad at all. Also, for those wondering about food after an event, Wendy’s and the pizzeria were both still open on our walk back, which was around 11pm. The off street parking was great. My car was tucked away and I didn’t feel any worry of it being tampered with. Overall, I wish every trip were as convenient as this one.

Overall a great place to stay. Comfortable and Convienent.

The main reason I came to NYC was to see some hockey games. One at Madison Square Garden. One at the UBS Arena. I was traveling alone. This lodging had great reviews. It's located in a safe area. The train station is about a mile away. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. UBS Arena is less then half a mile away. I arrived at night. It was easy to find the entrance. The keyless entry was easy to use. This is a basement unit. There is one set of narrow stairs leading into the suite. Sometimes, I can have problems with stairs. Even when I was exhausted, I didn't have a problem with these stairs. In my opinion, the suite had everything a person would need for a visit. They have coffee and creamer available. That's a huge plus for me. It means I didn't have go searching for a store right after I got there. The bed and couch are comfortable. If you want to adjust the air/heat, then you will contact the owner. It's a little annoying but his response is almost immediate. I get hot easily so I had to ask him to turn down the temp a couple of times. It's quiet! The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just a short distance from a major road. It was a safe, and easy, walk going to and from a 7:30 hockey game. Sadly, I couldn't figure out the transit system so I ended up taking an Uber where I wanted to go. It was my first time using Uber and I had no issues.

UBS arena

Great location for any events at the UBS arena. Check in and out was super easy and simple. Great communication with owner. Offered great advice regarding things to do or places to eat nearby the studio or the arena.
