Allure Escapes Contemporary and Luxurious 3Bdrm/ 2Bath

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips and overnight airport stays. Guests will enjoy our fully renovated ground floor apartment with lots of natural lighting. The unit has a separate front and rear entrance making it easily accessible to all. Our home is centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood and only 10 mins from JFK airport, 29 mins to Laguardia airport, 15 mins to USB Arena, and a 5 minute walk to Green Acres mall.
The space
Room 1 boasts the grand master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king size bed fitted with white down comforter and sheets, double closet, remote controlled ducted air conditioning unit.
Room 2 is fitted with a queens size bed and a nice clean contemporary design. Room also carries a remote controlled ducted air conditioning unit.
Room 3 has two twin sized bed with a contemporary design and can be perfect for adults, children, pilots and flight attendants. This room also has an air conditioning unit.

The open concept spacious living room opens up in to the dining area and one can easily entertain while preparing meals in the kitchen. The large sectional sofa is super comfortable and makes for a great movie night with the 65 inch television.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dish washer and as a bonus there is a Keurig single serve and iced coffee as maker.
The dedicated wash room is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Great spaces for sleeping, including the nice couch in the family room. Convenient to have washer and dryer. Wished they have a pan for the oven so we could make cookies. But overall. Great stay and wonderful coffee maker/supplies.

Wonderful Apartment and Location

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and spacious. Bedrooms were good and we loved being to hang out as a family in the living room.Bridget was a wonderful host and extremely helpful. Had to change our leave date and she worked well with me on that. Bridget was very prompt to answer an questions.Green Acres Mall and many restaurants are very close and made for a great time.Movement could be heard from above but was not unbearable.The only recommendations I have is to put a curtain on the back kitchen door and possibly supply a couple of hangers. I bought a few from Primark for 4 and left there.Thank you Bridget and I would definitely rent again when visiting family.

Allure Estates is great

The house is very clean and well laid out. It is close to lots of thing on Long Island and Queens. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely large space ideal for groups

Easy to find after we'd come off a long haul flight. We are a group of 5 and the space was really good. Very clean and beautifully appointed. Recommended.

Comfortable, clean & perfect for us!

We arrived to find this apartment very clean, spacious & comfortable. All the amenities were in working order. One smoke alarm was beeping & a new battery was brought & replaced almost immediately after we reported it to our host. Parking in the driveway was appreciated. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. We definitely recommend this apartment!

House was spacious , clean and has great accommodations. I brought my elderly mom that has difficulty to walk and the furniture was perfectly positioned to allow her to move around . Bathrooms were great and fully stock of towels and accessories. Safe neighborhood and very private

Clean property, good location. However, we did not realize this was connected to the owner’s home until we arrived. Wish they would have specified this in the listing as it felt a bit misleading. We could hear the owners walking around and dog barking upstairs throughout the day. Otherwise, nice property.

Our trip to New York

The property was in the perfect location, close to New York City and Long Island. The apartment was clean and well maintained, rooms were perfect for my kids and kitchen was nice and clean. It was the perfect place for us to stay. We will stay again next time we go to New York
