Helen is a very gracious host. This was perfect for our short stay in this area. I booked this cottage because it had washer/dryer. When we checked in, I found that you can only use them if you stay one week.

Helen was a wonderful host who provided a clean and cozy space with some extra amenities that helped us to enjoy our time there. She was fantastic with communication and strived to ensure that our stay was comfortable. I advise everyone to read her policy for staying here, as there are some rules that you'll want to be aware of. Centrally located for all we needed to do while visiting.

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay! Helen’s place is beautiful and clean, and she is so accommodating! My wife and I had a flight later in the day, and Helen let us check out later in the day, it made our life so much easier!

We chose this rental to be close to our son and it was just the right place. So close to everything and everywhere we visited. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and convenient. Our host was friendly and communicated well. We look forward to visiting again!

Wish I could have stayed longer!

My schedule only allowed me to stay one night but I wish I could have stayed much longer. Everything was exactly as advertised and the host was so caring and kind. If I'm in the area again, then I'll certainly be staying at this place again!

I have been a Hospitality Host since 2018, and I absolutely love Hosting! I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I love the outdoors, dining and visiting local beaches in unique little towns. I am also "Yaya" to my precious grandchildren, who sometimes visit me here on the property.

As a Host, I strive to offer my Guests a unique vacation experience that makes them feel that this is their home away from home. WELCOME to your "Cozy Oasis by the Sea!"

This historic tiny cottage is located in a quaint little, artsy beach town known as Lake Worth Beach. The cottage is near two public beaches (Lantana Beach--about 2 miles from the cottage & Lake Worth Beach--about 3 miles from the cottage), and there is plenty to experience while on vacation or working remotely. Cozy Oasis by the Sea offers you a little oasis for you to relax and unwind from all the hustle and bustle from everyday life. Enjoy spending time outdoors lounging on the patio or cruising on our bikes downtown or to the beach.

Guests will be staying in the Guest Studio, a private, one-bedroom studio that is attached to the back of our historic cottage. The Guest Studio is private; however, the Host and family may be heard during your stay. The studio will have a variety of complimentary breakfast items in the mini fridge and on the coffee cart and dining table. The breakfast selection is "limited" for stays of one week or less and may consist of pastries from a local bakery or homemade goods, yogurt, instant oatmeal, cheese, and energy/granola bars. A selection of specialty coffees and teas is available during your entire stay. Enjoy your breakfast lounging on the patio or watching the sunrise on the intracoastal from our front porch.
