Spacious and very convenient to city. Lots of towels. However, cleaners must have forgotten to clean the back porch as it was littered with trash, half full trash bag, cigarette butts and empty drink bottles.

We stayed one night for the Head of the Ohio regatta. It was a great location, it was clean and comfortable for our two families and our dogs. Corey was very responsive to our questions.

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this location. Close to plenty to do yet a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed to kick back and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here to be close to my mom for her surgery at Allegheny General. The house was spacious and comfortable as well as in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the hospital, restaurants, grocery store, etc. I would stay here again.

House was very nice and clean , very nice size for a cape cod, we had one small issue that was promptly taken carevof by corey, the back patio has a nice veiw, only thing i might suggest is sprucing up the patio with a paint job and clean up otherwise i would definitely stay again!

Charming Cape

Comfortable specious cape. Large private porch. Living areas very clean. Laundry area needed cleaning- owner got right on it. Would absolutely rent here again. Best donut shop within five minute walk.

Good place for the price

The house is not in terrific condition but I think the price reflects that. Only downside is that the basement is a separate rental and was occupied by others. Was easy to get Uber's and was a short ride to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Overall a good stay.

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our visit. My only objective was not knowing there will be another family in the same property. The side entrance was a little hard getting into and dangerous as far as the cement and steps being broke. However, the overall day was very nice and we really enjoyed the property. We were very comfortable And would like to come back again if possible.

Perfect for what we needed

Everything was as advertised. 2 buddies and myself came to town for the browns steelers game. Plenty of room for all 3 of us. 2 miles from the stadium which was a bit of a walk but definitely doable if you don't mind walking home uphill(and up stairs)

My name is Corey, and I hope to host you at one of our amazing properties! I am a resident of the neighborhood and just a few short blocks away with my wife my family! We love sharing the Steel City with new people!

On the weekends you will usually find me around the City, either walking our dog Lunchbox on one of the many hiking trials in the Mount. Or you may find me a the Bigham Tavern hanging out with friends playing darts and catching a game. If the Steelers have a home game then you will definitely find me at at Heinz Field, as I am a long time season ticket holder. I may even have tickets available for purchase.

I am a full time real estate professional and love design and hunting for cool stuff. I grew up in Pittsburgh, and moved away for college in New England on a basketball scholarship. After my college days ended I took my skills across the pond and played professional hoops in Europe (England, Germany, and Spain) It was at this time I really discovered my passion for travel and meeting new people and embracing new cultures.
