Responsive host when we needed to get the check in info. Comfortable for 4 adults, a toddler, and a dog for a weekend. Could be a little cleaner.

Great property and perfect for what we needed!We were in town for a baby shower nearby, and brought our dog along. She enjoyed the fenced in backyard, with grass and plenty of room to run and play while we were there.We enjoyed the very clean and comfortable house. We didnt need all the bedrooms for our stay, but the Main bedroom was very comfortable with closet space for our luggage, comfortable bedding and ample pillows!Great spot!

Clean and Nice Size Yard

We stayed here for a night to meet family and it met all of our needs. The yard was big which was nice for our dogs to run around. Communication was great as well.

Trip back home

The home was selected because of its location and turned out to be a great surprise. The house was very clean and as described on the website. The owner was quick to respond. We had no problems or issues. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location is perfect close to Summerville, Nexton, and Charleston, which made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the house itself was very inviting.Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen made it simple to cook when we didn’t feel like going out.The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Charleston/Summerville area. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed here while we were getting our house built and it was great! Big yard for our dogs and a great/ safe neighborhood. House was just what we needed and Frank and Michael were very accommodating on everything including when we needed to extend our stay. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends when they visit.

Great Rental near Nexton

The hosts were great, quick response and had everything you needed for a stay. House is close to Nexton, and all the new shops and restaurants. Easy commute from the airport and a short drive to Charleston.
