Stay at our most freshly updated property! Modern Modern Modern!!!!
Sister property to Phoebe's Waterfront Lake House with over (100) 5-star reviews. This home was a total remodel and designed by Columbus parade of homes winner, Manor Homes. A high, vaulted ceiling with an open floor plan makes this home feel very spacious. Enjoy the brand new black stainless steel appliances while preparing your favorite meals in our open kitchen. Look to your right and watch our rotatable 65" flat screen tv and large marble fireplace. If that didn't get you excited, then open the 4 panels, glass-sliding Windoor to make the home open to the water. It almost makes the house feel like a convertible! Sit on the deck with high-end furniture and enjoy the best views of Indian Lake. You are less than 20 feet from the water. Take advantage of our 2022 new grill with propane. We try to maintain full propane but in event it’s empty, there is a refill station at Lakeview Hardware. (10 minutes away) Send us the receipt for full reimbursement.
In the Master bedroom, the Queensize West Elm Bed overlooks the water with a private sliding door that opens to the deck and lake. The guest bedroom features Custom Queen Bunkbeds designed by Created Hardwood! Ask for details.
Each room features its own flat-screen TV!

The West Elm L shake couch features a comfortable hide abed.

Rent a boat and hook up to our sea wall with dock cleats during late-early spring. Bumpers for your boat are highly recommended as we are not responsible for boat damage.

This was a great location to stay at Indian Lake, close to everything and a great view! Very close to restaurants and water access. Really loved the sliders that could open all the way, but it is not screened in, so we could not leave them open with the dog and with bugs at night. Able to fish right from the back yard, beautiful sunsets, comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was a bit lacking if you like to cook from home, but we were able to make do. Nice new appliances and grill.

Very modern designed house in a great location. The house was beautifully designed and all the appliances were like new and worked perfectly.The manager was very responsive when the Wi-Fi acted up. The problem was fixed very quickly.

Last minute anniversary weekend getaway

We loved the minimalist modern design of the interior and the fireplace to add the coziness factor. It was March so not very warm weather but views of lake were still spectacular. We could imagine tying up the boat to the dock and having the kids fish and swim right off the back deck. Will be back with the kids during the warmer months.

Outstanding location and home!

We'd highly recommend this home! The location is perfect - right on the lake with amazing views, and close to stores and activities. The upkeep and details inside were very well done. This is one of the best homes we have stayed at in years. Finally, working with the hosts is a breeze and they are extremely quick to respond.

My family and I had a great stay at the lakehouse. The inside is modern with a large kitchen countertop and great open living area. Very close to the water and great for sunsets. Would recommend to others.

Hi, This is Phil, Anna, Phoebe, Roxy, and Frankie. Welcome to our brand new modern lake house. This is our third Indian Lake luxury VRBO on the lake. We have so much fun managing these properties while meeting amazing people. The house is named after our little pug Roxie. Anna and I have always loved our pugs and welcome pets to stay on your visit. We just welcomed our first girl to the world on June 9 2021. She's been our little adventure. Anna and I are both in sales and love to visit Indian Lake when time allows. Expect a wonderful stay with great communication. Looking forward to having you enjoy our little slice of heaven.
