Spend an unforgettable Montenegro holiday with friends and family at the seafront neighboring villas. Waterfront setting with a private Beach and your private boat dock will make your stay unforgettable. These two homes are an idyllic holiday backdrop. All bedrooms are facing the Sea and have an incredible view.
While the property feels tucked away in the quiet bay, it's only a short drive from Tivat Airport as well as Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Budva. This location is unique and exclusive.
The brand-new villas have a floor area (square meters) of 650m2 - indoor space only.
Outdoor dock Area (Private Beach): approx.550m2
Terraces and garden around the house: approx.400m2
Guest have full access to both villas that are for private use. 4 Private parking spaces. Access to private dock as well as Boat Rental (Predator Gammone) up on request.
