A fabulous family friendly water front canal located where you can fish, go to the beach or just relax and watch the sunset. The home has amazing accommodations, amenities, games , seating indoor and outdoor to make your stay most comfortable. The home is equipped with high speed internet, pool table, foosball table, smart tvs/firesticks & more. Home sleeps 18 super comfortably while allowing everyone to have their own space. Bath amenities provided, great linens & fantastic Welcome Basket!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. This home is very beautiful and had everything our family needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of fun games for kids and the fishing deck was a great! No problems at all. We enjoyed our stayThe owner was very helpful throughout our stay. I strongly recommend this property for any family trip.

Perfect Family weekend

The home was beautiful and most importantly, clean. My wife and I were very impressed with the extra attention to details inside the home. We rent vacation homes pretty often throughout the year and this home was our favorite in Galveston. The backyard is great for fishing, crabbing, and yard for kids to run around. Kroger supermarket is 12 minutes and Beach is a shorter distance drive. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds while the adults enjoyed the view.

Perfect family get together

We were able to spend Thanksgiving there - my family and my brother's and sister's families. We all had a great time - those that didn't fish loved the pool and Foosball tables and the full size arcade game. Lots of fish out in the canal. We even were able to catch some crabs in the traps - did not catch enough to have a crab boil but it was fun teaching the kids how to catch crab. Caught several stone crab with only a left claw hahaha - you can only keep the right claw. Even though it was stormy and rainy most of the time, the dock was covered and the fish were biting. Also, this is about 15 minutes from the Strand and other interesting places in Galveston proper, so it is a great location. We feel so blessed to have been able to stay at your place. If anyone is wondering, we were able to cook and serve to 14 people (2 little ones). I recommend this if you want a good family spot that has entertainment inside and outside. Oh, forgot to mention that the place was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. Thanks!

Spring Break 2023

This house and location is perfect in every way. We have been renting homes in Galveston every year for the last 10 years and stayed in several different locations. But the Spanish Grant area and specifically this house was perfect. Plenty of space for our boys to have fun. The pool table and the arcade was the cherry on top for entertaining adult teenage boys. The fishing was plentiful as well as the crabbing - as we caught plenty. I have only one downside and that is to have a restroom downstairs on the bottom floor by the dock (only because we are old :-) ) . But all jokes aside this location on the extra little comforts - enhances this location and the house. Communication with the owner was awesome - I sent a question via text and got a response almost immediately. As someone who always remembers I am in someone else's home and tries to do everything according to the requirements that they listed - having a quick response if beyond appreciated. We will book this house again. #GreatFun
