Gulf front Reef Club condo is your perfect family vacation get-a-way. This top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all the amenities of home. Tile floors throughout the condo make for a nice and clean feel. The living room and master bedroom both offer views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The living room has comfy leather couches, a ceiling fan for added comfort and a large screen TV. The open floor plan concept allows for plenty of space for the family to move around. The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a slider to the balcony in addition to a Romeo and Juliet window that provides a view of the sugary sand beach of Indian Rocks Beach. The master bathroom has double sinks and a step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a TV with cable and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed, a TV with cable and a ceiling fan. No need to overpack there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The fully appointed kitchen has plenty of counter space and full-size appliances including a dishwasher. FREE secure WiFi in this condo and 1 assigned under-building parking space, guest spaces are limited. The property is right on the Gulf of Mexico and has a large deck area with plenty of loungers, a heated pool, a hot tub, 3 gas grills, and a resurfaced (2019) tennis court. The building has two elevators and stairwells. Located in the perfect location to walk to many local favorite restaurants and shops or take the trolley that runs up and down the beach for $4 a day rides from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach.
