Condo flambant neuf 2 BR / 2 BA à Harbourside au Marker 33. Notre propriété offre une vue imprenable sur l'Intracoastal depuis un balcon privé, est située en face de la plage et réside au cœur d'Indian Rocks Beach!

Les clients peuvent sortir directement de la propriété et accéder à de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins locaux. Notre condo comprend 4 laissez-passer quotidiens pour parc aquatique - une valeur de 100 $ par jour! Les adultes peuvent se détendre au bord de la piscine avec accès à des restaurants et bars complets sur place tandis que les enfants peuvent profiter des toboggans du parc aquatique, de la rivière paresseuse chauffée de 600 pieds, du lagon bleu et plus encore. Pêcher tout ce que vous voulez sur les quais juste à l'extérieur! Vous pourrez également profiter des couchers de soleil sur l'eau du golfe depuis deux terrasses face à l'ouest.

L'intérieur du 415 est conçu sur mesure avec un beau décor. Il est parfait pour les familles ou les jeunes mariés. L'unité a des couleurs de peinture tranquilles fraîches et du carrelage et du parquet améliorés. Tout est flambant neuf, léger et aéré.

This place and this town is beautiful ! Cody and Jessica have outdone themselves with the interior of their condo! In addition, the location between the waterway , marina and beach with the included waterpark was fantastic ! Many people have beautiful places for you to stay in but when you have the hospitality of Cody and Jessica added in , it’s unbeatable ! We WILL be back !!!

We had a wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee spots, plus a charming path that led right to the beach. The beach itself was stunning with soft white sand and gorgeous teal water. Our kids had an absolute blast enjoying the pool and waterpark. The host was incredibly organized, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location for our boys, my wife and I. The water park is very fun, indian rock beach is very chill in comparison to other local beaches in the area. Very relaxing and having chairs, cooler, toys and towels felt like a VIP experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cody and Jessica’s place. The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped. There was truly nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. As a family traveling with a child, we prepared many of our meals at the condo, so having a kitchen stocked with everything we needed was a huge plus.One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing on the balcony overlooking the canal. We’re also notoriously picky about beds and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the accommodations were.The location was fantastic. Our son could not get enough of the water park—it was, in his opinion, the highlight of the entire trip. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, with soft sand, gentle waves, and a quieter atmosphere than many Florida beach destinations. We loved being able to walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the water park, pool, and beach all in the same day.Indian Rocks Beach struck the perfect balance for our family. It has a laid-back, relaxed feel compared to nearby St. Pete and Clearwater, which are wonderful to visit but much busier. We especially enjoyed morning coffee from The Grove Surf Coffee and had a fantastic meal at The Guilty Sea.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly beach getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can tell that Cody and Jessica really care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Cody checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. They supplied a basket full of beach towels which was great. There was also enough laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags to get you started for the week. We definitely enjoyed the balcony, we saw dolphins multiple times and several different kinds of birds. The walk to the beach was super easy and quick. They also supplied a wagon, cooler, beach toys and beach chairs which made getting to the beach with everything you needed super easy. The kids enjoyed the water park too! We would definitely stay here again. The condo is great for couples, a girls trip, families etc. We had a great time!

Fantastic. Super clean, comfortable. Well stocked with everything you would need including beach equipment, games, xbox, etc. 9 and 11yo kids loved the waterpark. Great beach just a block away. Parking was easy and convenient.

The condo was very neat and clean, although the furnishings are a bit dated. The condo was well supplied other than the toilet paper and Kleenex. The showers really need a hand held sprayer added to assist older folks. Arrival the first night was confusing as far as the parking. We did not know the parking thing was in the condo but we just went ahead and parked illegally and figured it out when we got to the room. The balcony and view were nice too. We enjoyed our stay except the weather was very cold.

My name is Cody and I'll be your host for your unforgettable vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. I've been living in Florida for the past 15 years, but I'm originally from Texas. I love the weather, people, and lifestyle here. My primary residence is only about an hour away from IRB, so I'm somewhat of a local. Feel free to ask me about things to do and where to eat. I consider myself a food and travel geek, so forgive me if I get excited. I look forward to hosting you!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

IRB is my personal favorite beach in the St. Pete / Clearwater area. It's quaint and relaxing, but has plenty to do. The area is full of families and great people. The condo is absolutely awesome. It's the only property like it in this area of Florida with the included water park. Perfect for families or snowbirds and has full hotel-like amenities. You can have a fully functioning home with the convenience of everything you get a hotel. Win-win in my opinion!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of my favorite things are the two huge outdoor sun viewing decks. You'll get access with your key and you can enjoy gulf sunsets over the ocean from the privacy of the property. It's lovely to have a glass of wine out there with the breeze and watch the sun disappear. It's a nice treat at the end of the day. I even proposed on the rooftop to my wife Jessica!
