You are going to love your stay at our newly remodeled 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen/living room at a great location in town. This lovely home is located on the west side of town in a quite family neighborhood. The West End shopping and entertainment district is minutes away. Tech and the medical district are a short 8 minute drive.

Features a luxurious master with a king and spacious queens in the other 2 bedrooms. Super fast Wi-Fi!

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your party. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in the master suite and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to take care of necessary responsibilities.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

We offer remote contactless checkin and checkout using automatic door locks and a Ring Doorbell.

You will have access to the entire property.

One of the best short term leases in Lubbock. It is not very close to the University, but everything in Lubbock is 10 minutes away. Nice, friendly, and quiet neighborhood and street. All rooms nicely appointed. Smart TVs in every room. Bathrooms were clean and amply supplied with towels and travel size toiletries. We will be booking this location again when we travel to Hub City.

House was great for an extended stay due to Red Raider Orientation and camp. Nice to have access to park cars in the garage.

This place was awesome in every way! Easy to get to. All the amenities you could want, very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The garage was even available for use. I would definitely book again at any of his properties. Also, he had a great and quick communication.

All the comforts of home!

Perfect place to stay for our regional golf tournament! Wish I would have stayed in this home for the last three years! So comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great job on the remodel.

Great Stay

Our family came to Lubbock for a Texas Tech football game. The house was just as advertised. It worked really well for our family. Our host was awesome and very responsive to our needs and questions. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and all the basic needs in the kitchen were there. If your visiting Lubbock, this is the VRBO you'll want to stay in!

I am so glad I rented this house. It was just what we needed for the day and night. The only thing was the king size bed was very firm and very uncomfortable. Although, I didn't sleep much anyway.
