Rest, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family in our 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room. This is a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to Texas Tech and a few blocks from the shops in Tech Terrace make this the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious king master suite, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable queen in the 3rd bedroom. Each room is equipped with a smart tv, Hulu Live & fast WiFi!

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Our goal was to make this home feel like an upscale hotel with the comforts of home. Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens, comfortable seating, closet space, a luggage rack, and a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open, making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

This property is next door to the Heart of Tech Terrace, which is a beautiful 3/2. Message me about booking both homes together.

You will have access to the entire property.

Tech Terrace is a trendy neighborhood that's within walking distance to the south side of Texas Tech. Many of the homes have been or are going through extensive remodels to meet the demand for professionals, professors, and students who desire to live near campus.

One of the neighborhood parks is just down the block from our house. The park has a walking track along with tennis courts.

A fun shopping center is about 2 blocks from the house. It

Great location and nicely furnished. Easy walk to pizza restaurant, coffee shops and grocery store. The coffee maker didn't work, and Trent arrived within an hour with a new one.

Enjoyed are stay in Lubbock this past weekend. Trent was very welcoming and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The house we stayed in was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. I definitely will be back for another visit.

We had a great stay at this beautifully updated property! It had plenty of space for our group and thoughtful touches like K-Cup coffee pods, laundry detergent, toiletries, and lots of toilet paper. The location was super convenient to Texas Tech—maybe not walkable in the summer heat, but doable in cooler weather. Check-in and out were seamless, and communication with the owner/management was quick and responsive. The only minor downside was limited lounging space in the living room for a group to relax together, but with TVs in every bedroom, that wasn’t a big deal at all. I would absolutely stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable

Stayed for my daughter’s orientation at Tech. The house was great! Check-in process was simple and efficient. Host provided all the info needed and communicated the perfect amount. Once inside the house is extremely clean and welcoming. The home is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Plush towels, comfortable beds, and tvs in every room. Location is perfect for getting to campus quickly and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Definitely a 10/10 and I will look to stay here every time I am in Lubbock.

Resort Feel in Lubbock

Fantastic home. Clean and everything worked. Nicely decorated. I felt like I was at a small resort in Lubbock. I love West Texas.

Perfect house!

We were in for the weekend to see our son who goes to Tech. The house is perfect as it’s right by campus. It’s decorated so cute, was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. It was perfect to have our son and friends over to the house.

Super sweet place

Love the look and vibe. Extremely well restored and comfortable for family stay. Super close to Tech for anyone visiting Red Raider land. The shower in the master is amazing! Would def book again.

Great girls trip!!

This worked out so well for my daughter and a friend to see her daughter in college. The house was perfect! Everything we needed to cook and a comfy place to hang out. Loved the electric fireplace - would stay here again or at any other location with this property management company.

Great House in Tech Terrace

Perfect for my husband and I, our baby, and my aunt who came along to watch baby while we were at a wedding. Whole interior is re-done and looks great. Master suite was huge. Beds were comfortable. One small issue was the hot water was extremely hot, we had to be careful when turning the faucets to hot not to burn ourselves. Probably could be easily fixed but we did not ask because it was a short stay.

Great Property and Incredible Host

We stayed at the Coastal Retreat during move-in day for our Granddaughter as she moved into Tech for her freshman year. The property was absolutely immaculate, with everything in perfect working condition. Trent is obviously a professional property manager as the extra touches and quality furnishings make this property better than any hotel stay. Aside from the property itself, I cannot say enough about the service that Trent provides. In our case, I was sure we had planned for a two night stay, and somehow I got this wrong. when Trent contacted me to inquire when I would be out of the house so he could make it available for the next guest, I was surprised and frustrated only to eventually realize that I had made the mistake. Trent realized that we were in a tough situation without a place to stay, and made another of his properties available to us for the night at a financial loss to himself. this is true hospitality!!! I have already booked another of Trent's properties for two nights during parents weekend, and will continue to book these properties for the next four years that we will be visiting. Thanks for saving our weekend and for such a great experience!
