Amazing!

We LOVED staying here. The house was gorgeous and so clean. The owners were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Could not have asked for a better place. Will definitely stay here again for our next river trip.

Relaxing family getaway

We spent 2 nights with 10 family members and had a great time even though the weather wasn't that great to enjoy some of the nearby lake amenities. The side deck was very comfortable and fun to grill out on and just sit on the nice outdoor living space socializing by the propane fire range. The kitchen and living room layout worked well for all 10 of us to sit, eat, play games and just lounge after a day out on hikes a nearby Canyon lake dam. This particular neighborhood location was perfect for nearby deer running through the area. We saw multiple deer various times of the day just roaming through the property - was a delight for the kids as well for the kid of heart.

Not clean

I want to start by saying the property manager was good at responding and trying to solve problems. We asked for an early check in and she accommodated us. When we arrived at the property we quickly realized it was much smaller than expected for the amount of people it sleeps. Once we were done unloading we started noticing that the place didn’t seem to have been cleaned. There was food under the couch long black hair on the floors and on the sheets which obviously were not washed. There was a layer of dust on everything and just overall not clean. I contacted the property manager and her cleaning lady showed up at 9pm at night after we had put the baby to bed and wanted to vacuum she was very rude about having to be there. She vacuumed the areas she could and her husband cleaned the upstairs bathroom that was gross then left. We had no realized the sheets were not washed at this point. When we started cooking dinner we found out ALL the dishes were dirty and needed to be scrubbed because they were disgusting. Ther house itself was very cute but I highly suggest they get a new cleaner.

Hill Country Charm

The property was beautiful with a view of the Hill Country from the back & in a great location. The house was gorgeous with a nice deck for relaxing in the evening with family & friends. You can enjoy drinking your coffee on the front porch, while feeding the deer. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay, house was clean we all slept comfortably. We were 3 minutes away from comal beach which was perfect since it has boat access. I reached out to property manager and got a quick response every time, look forward to coming back soon!
