NOUVELLE LISTE!! Une maison trÚs luxueuse sur la riviÚre Guadalupe. Terrain ombragé avec terrasses le long de la riviÚre. Grand parking et fermé. Cette maison a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour y arriver. "votre maison loin de chez vous ". Patio couvert privé avec de nombreux siÚges et une fosse de barbecue au charbon de fer. Tubes et service de navette à 250 m. en amont de la riviÚre. Venez vous détendre sur la danse des lucioles chaque soir.

La maison est entiÚrement meublée avec une immense cuisine ouverte / salle à manger / salon qui comprend de nombreux équipements supplémentaires Un endroit idéal pour se réunir et se détendre aprÚs une journée complÚte sur la riviÚre !! La cuisine a tout! EntiÚrement approvisionné et puis certains. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes et il y a 5 tabourets de bar supplémentaires sur l'ßlot de cuisine / bar du petit-déjeuner. Le salon dispose d'un canapé en cuir, d'une causeuse avec pouf et d'un lit gigogne double. Il y a une cheminée électrique, TV satellite et WiFi.
La chambre principale au bout du couloir a un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée complÚte. Les 2e et 3e chambres ont chacune un lit queen et un jumeau sur un lit superposé (chaque chambre peut accueillir 5 personnes). Il y a une salle de bain d'hÎtes située au centre de la cuisine ainsi que des chambres d'hÎtes. Laveuse et sécheuse sont disponibles pour votre commodité.

Il y a 3 maisons sur cette propriĂ©tĂ© fermĂ©e qui partagent l'accĂšs Ă  la riviĂšre. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Texas Star se trouve la Wagon Wheel 3/2 qui peut accueillir 14 personnes et offre une vue sur la riviĂšre. Il y a la cabine Bluebonnet (n'a pas de vue sur la riviĂšre) qui peut accueillir 10 personnes. Si vous avez une grande fĂȘte, veuillez vous renseigner sur les 2 autres maisons.

PAS DE FÊTES, PAS D'ANIMAUX NON FUMEUR! Les clients doivent ĂȘtre ĂągĂ©s de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une rĂ©servation et doivent sĂ©journer dans l'Ă©tablissement pendant toute la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour. Cette maison a une occupation maximale de 14 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit ĂȘtre dĂ©passĂ©e Ă  aucun moment. Aucun invitĂ© de jour n'est autorisĂ©.

Le shopping est Ă  seulement 20 minutes Ă  la sortie des centres commerciaux de San Marcos. Les attractions Ă  proximitĂ© de San Antonio incluent l'Alamo, la Fiesta Texas et le cĂ©lĂšbre San Antonio River Walk, Ă  seulement 30 minutes. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Texas Star was a beautiful house. The outdoor area was well kept and beautiful. The management company were helpful and polite. We rented the house to take a little weekend vacation and try to catch some Guadalupe River Trout in January. It was a great experience and I would like to rent it again in warmer weather for kayaking. There is another house next door which was empty during our stay, but the outdoor area is so large I don't think we would have noticed if someone were there.

The house had absolutely everything you could need to enjoy a weekend getaway! Talk about the perfectly stocked kitchen & plenty of towels for showering. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Cottage

My family was so pleased with the Texas Star cabin!! It was clean, very well-stocked with towels and kitchen equipment, and it had a huge dining table, so everyone had a place to sit and eat or play dominoes! There were also 4 chairs at the bar if you needed even more places to sit. The river access was perfect too. There was a drop-in place for tubes about 5 minutes upriver, and it took about 2 hours to float back to our cabin. Perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: the cabin was awesome. plenty of sleeping spots and lots of indoor space. the outside has a beautiful dock and spacious backyard. it's the perfect location next to Mountain Breeze Campground where you can enjoy a bar, sand volleyball, nighttime dancing, and burritos in the morning. The only think I would change is the entry to the river from the cabin. The dock is awesome but actually getting into the water is a challenge.

A couple of trees in the yard were perfect for hammocks! Our boys loved the shady spacious yard and were outside all the time. Our only “gripe” was that we felt the need to clean kitchen supplies before using them - only one dishwasher tab is provided and it felt like maybe other guests had not brought any and just ran the dishwasher without soap. Counters in kitchen were clear, but not clean. Same with floors ... swept, but not mopped.Overall, it was a wonderful getaway for our family and friends?
