Tiny Cabin on the outskirts of Mohican State Park

Looking for a nice getaway for two ? This is a SUPER TINY 200 sq ft Cabin located in a peacful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a full kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is really small so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 3 mins ). A spacious patio to relax and enjoy yourself around a campfire. Super close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If climbing in and out of the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed. It's 9 mins to Mohican Adventures. 8 mins to loudonville and 22 mins to Snow Trails. Popular amenities include stove,microwave, mini fridge,and hairdryer.

The cabin was really accommodating and cozy. It was a perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our daily grinds and reboot ourselves. Really had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again again in the future!!

This tiny cabin is magical! Fully secluded yet minutes from Loudonville, the tiny cabin is the perfect launching pad for numerous activities. The attention to detail in both the exterior and interior charmed us immediately. I don't want to spoil the surprise -- go see for yourselves! I wish I had my mountain bike with me to explore Mohican's trails, but we only had 24 hours and ended up exploring my nearby alma mater instead. This is a great spot if you're visiting colleges (Wooster, Kenyon, Dennison, Kent State, OSU) but want to retreat in quiet for the evening. It's also a great spot to tune out the world and tune into nature. Thank you, Tiny Cabin!

Upstairs was hot and downstairs was cold the whole time, not super inconvenient just needed layers and hot water didn’t last over 10 minutes everything else was great. Outsides was amazing.

Wonderful tiny cabin

The listing is everything it says it is!! Quaint, relaxing, and much needed. The property manager Kevin was quick to answer my call with any questions, and the property had everything you would need down to kindling for your fire. There is a lot of thought put into this tiny home, and that’s just what it felt like, home. The wildlife around that visited was versatile and serene. The outdoor fire pit area was amazing, the torches really helped keep the bugs away. And as someone who gets many bug bites, it was amazing to get absolutely zero while on our stay. We will absolutely be back as soon as possible, and highly recommend.

Mini Cabin Max Relaxation

What a beautiful property and the nicest little cabin. The owner has placed thoughtful touches everywhere from the record collection to the fire pit supplies. The location is perfect to access everything in the Mohican State Park area. I can’t wait to stay again.

Tubed the river

Place is gorgeous and as advertised is cozy. As Seniors lol the loft was a no go. Pullout was fine though. Place was immaculate and Kevin communicated very wel. Hot tub would make it perfect. Thanks for having us.

Amazing spot, you do have to cook outside on the grill most of the time because of the smoke alarm going off. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

Great things come in small packages

This was our 2nd time at Tiny Cabin, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. Kevin, the host, is the best! He has literally thought of everything a guest could possibly need or want. There are even a few "special touches" that make it even that much better!
